Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

This place in Rome is an absolute must for first-time visitors, and from here you will continue to stay. It is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the main train station, and about a 6-minute walk to metro lines 3 and 8, which provide easy access to all major attractions throughout the city. This makes getting around Rome, as well as traveling to and from the airports, very straightforward and convenient. Nearby, you’ll find a cozy café/bar right on the corner, perfect for grabbing a refreshing drink before heading back to the apartment. What truly distinguishes this place is Lacopo’s exceptional hospitality and unwavering attention to detail. He goes well beyond standard customer service by offering invaluable local insights, personalized recommendations, and ongoing support to ensure your visit is not only safe but also deeply enjoyable and memorable. During check in, he spends time providing you with a map and providing us with coffee. True hospitality from the start!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Stefano and Alessia’s place! Traveling with my wife and our two teenage daughters, this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet the pedestrian-only street out front made it feel surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and felt like home the moment we walked in. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Stefano and Alessia are phenomenal hosts, warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. They genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We’ve traveled a lot, but this stay stands out as one of our favorites. If you’re visiting this part of Italy, do not hesitate, book this place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed—even thoughtful touches like extra plugs and umbrellas. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. He was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The location is excellent—close to all the major attractions and the city center. It’s ideal if you enjoy walking, but taxis or Ubers might be more convenient if not. We rented a Vespa and found it to be the perfect way to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Alex was friendly and communicative throughout or stay. He graciously left sweet treats, toasts with jam and espresso pods for our enjoyment. We felt apart of Rome’s city life because of the apartment’s convenient location.

We had a wonderful time in Alessenadro’s cottage while visiting Rome. Alessandro was super helpful and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. He was always very attentive and responsive. He was one of the best hosts we have ever had.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

The apartment is located in a nice area, close to a beautiful viewpoint of Rome. It is beautifully decorated, safe, quiet, and provides everything you need. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

What a great welcome! We were still late, arrived at more than 10pm , and Catharine still took all the necessary time to show us around the apartment, guide us for our stay, give us a large amount of information for our trips . Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

Perfect location to stay at while visiting Rome. Very clean, quiet & comfortable. We felt right at home. Very easy to walk to all the sites. Daniele was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We appreciated all the local recommendations from him. Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Daniela's Cozy Apartment exceeded our expectations- I would give it 10 stars if I could and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. When I hear cozy, I think comfortable but small. I would describe Daniella's apartment as spacious and luxurious! She has thought of everything from detergent for the wash machines, to extra pillows and blankets, to umbrellas. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The wi-fi was super-fast and reliable. The air-conditioning was exceptional (mid-90s during our visit). We got the best sleep of our trip in the extremely comfortable beds, and the bedding was fabulous. Note that the wash machines in Europe are smaller than in the US and it takes a few hours to dry each load. The location was great as we felt very safe and there were many great food options close-by. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and the Metro station. Our 15-year-old son said that Daniela's apartment was his favorite part of our Italian vacation!

Everything was very clean and organized, the host always responded quickly.
