Holiday rentals with lake access in Munising Township

We had a wonderful time at Terilynn's home. The home is well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. I wish my garden at home looked so good! Our hosts were very welcoming and informative, we enjoyed our interactions with them. We hope to visit the UP again soon and will definitely want to stay here again.

This is an incredible place. Peaceful, with beautiful views of Lake Superior, and the feeling that you have a quiet space to yourself, but with plenty of restaurants, cafes and things to do within ten minutes. I hope to make it back here again!

What a lovely, peaceful lakeside retreat! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well appointed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The views from outside and inside the home were amazing. Every morning was spent on the Adirondack chairs with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise on the lake. For the bird lovers, we saw a kingfisher, a bald eagle and a pileated woodpecker. For the hikers, it was a short drive to Pictured Rocks, Porcupine Mountains, and countless waterfalls. We were able to view the northern lights from Presque Isle, which is just a short distance from the house. Mark was a great host, and quick to provide any information we needed before and during the trip. We will definitely be back!

We recently stayed in this beautiful cabin and it was an unforgettable experience for my family. Traveling from Cleveland, Ohio, this was our first visit to the Upper Peninsula, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to connect with nature. The cabin's design seamlessly blends rustic wood elements with tasteful decor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was also clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The location was situated within 20 minutes of all the attractions at Pictured Rocks National Park. This made it easy for us to explore the stunning scenery and enjoy our planned activities. While we were there, we wished we had more time to try the water activities offered, like kayaking or renting a pontoon. A special mention goes to our hosts, who are truly amazing people. Overall, this cabin is an ideal retreat for anyone looking to unwind and connect with the natural beauty of the Upper Peninsula.

This cabin took us back in time to childhood cabin stays. We enjoyed the deck time. We had everything we needed to make our meals we brought. There was a nice counter top ice machine and outdoor grill to use. We didn't make use of the small boat but it was a nice option should we have wanted to fish during our stay.

A Dream Getaway at Britta's Lakefront Cabin! We had the most incredible stay at Britta’s cabin on the lake in the Upper Peninsula! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene setting and breathtaking views of the lake. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and spacious made it feel like a home away from home Britta was an exceptional host—she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless from the start, and she provided us with helpful recommendations. She clearly cares about her guests and has thought of every detail to make the experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxing, picturesque retreat with a perfect balance of nature and comfort, this cabin is the place to be. We’re already planning our next visit and can't wait to return to Britta’s beautiful lakeside escape! Highly recommend!

We want Genna to know we love staying at the Bunkhouse. It’s central to all the beaches we go to look for agates…. She should also know that the screw holding the faucet on the hot water in the upstairs kitchen area works loose and water sprays out all over. My friend had a screw driver along and fixed it, but it was working loose again. But over all, a great stay and you can’t beat the view!

Just finished our third great stay at the Sunset Lodge Airbnb. A great place to stop off on a longer trip to Minnesota. Very peaceful and relaxing space.

Stayed here with my family and friends for the Marquette 50 marathon, and we couldn’t be happier with our visit. We were all very comfortable, and the location was conveniently located downtown. There were no smells coming from the dispensary below, and it was relatively quiet for a downtown location. We slept with the bedroom windows open. There is a powerful AC unit in the living room quarters, which cooled down the common areas very well. There is 1 shared bathroom, and the entire house is extremely spacious. We loved the layout. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful weekend we had in Marquette celebrating my son's NMU graduation with family. This unique home feels inviting, warm and cozy and the location and setting are absolutely gorgeous offering stunning water views of Lake Superior. We were fortunate to see an eagle too. The privacy it offers was peaceful and the special lookout viewing areas to enjoy the lake were well planned as well as the relaxing sauna, indoor & outdoor gathering areas, wildlife including birds & squirrels, a pond and the beach & rock formations as well. Located a short drive to town and in close proximity to the great hiking areas and water falls too. The host was lovely, very responsive, and informative. Our family so enjoyed this special home and our visit to Marquette and many cherished memories were made!

Mary Beth and her husband were VERY friendly yet not intrusive. Everyone we talked to on Beaver Island were friendly, helpful and informative. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We ate every meal at the apartment and never felt like something was missing or needed. My sister in law slept in the bedroom and said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the couch and it too was comfortable. Lastly, it was nice to not have a long list of ‘to do‘s’ before checking out! We would book again without hesitation!

We stayed here for a wedding on Beaver Island. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The place was very spacious and easily fit 6 people.

We had a comfortable two night stay in this spacious apartment at the Beach Inn Motel. Everything was clean and bright and the host offered that we could partake in the continental breakfast and enjoy the grounds right on the Munising Bay. There was a little bit of pass through noise from the lobby below but it didn't bother us. A great place to land during our trip to the UP!

We had a great time at the rental. The hosts were more than accommodating for our family and the rental had everything we needed for our baby, high chair and toys galore! It made the trip easy and fun for everyone.

We had a great time in Pete's house at the lake. You directly have the feeling that Pete is also using the house himself, so the house is very well equipped. Navigation leads you to a place a bit off of the actual location. But with Pete's instructions, it was no problem.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Located in a very beautiful location close to both Munising and Marquette. The home was very beautiful, clean and stocked with amenities. Cassandra was both very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this location.

This place is REMOTE, peaceful and quiet. The house was extremely clean and well organized. Its nice to see a full kitchen of everything needed, including spices! Loved the view of the lake.

The cabin was the perfect launch pad for excursions to Pictured Rocks and Tahquamenon Falls! Even without our planned trips, we could have just as easily enjoyed a beautiful stay on the lake. Amenities provided created opportunity for swimming, camp fires, and relaxation. We also loved the peace and quiet (after the kids finally fell asleep of course). We highly recommend staying here to enjoy the beauty of this cabin, and the rest of the UP!

Myself, my husband, and one other friend stayed at Patrick's beach house for three nights over Memorial Day weekend. We cannot recommend his place enough! The house is so charming and full of so many fun details. It's cozy and inviting from the moment you walk in. You cannot beat the location as well. Words cannot describe the view! It's right on a big sandy beach, and watching the sunset every night over the lake was heavenly. We felt so spoiled! Patrick was super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. He was in regular contact with us on the way to the house to help with directions. He met us there and gave us a helpful tour and a walk around the property. There happened to be an issue with the oven that the repairman would not be able to fix for a few days. It was no problem at all for us, but he even offered to warm up food at his house and bring it over. We thought that was such an incredibly kind gesture for him to go out of his way for his guests. 10/10 A MUST STAY!

Alison's place was absolutely perfect. We've stayed at a lot of beautiful Airbnbs but this is probably one of our top 3 favorite places. It's even more beautiful than it looks in the photos (which are great). The wall of windows looking out to the lake, through the woods, was amazing to wake up to every morning and enjoy a meal at the table looking out. The beach was so picturesque and peaceful, we never wanted to leave. Alison was great with communication and very accommodating. the place was spotless, comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

This was the perfect stay for us. Really enjoyed our stay and it was a good location to have a quick drive to scenic Michigan.
