MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. The apartment is located in the Kley farmhouse in Bösensell. Distance to Münster 15 - to the train station 2.5 kilometers. A separate entrance leads to the bright basement apartment. Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays. The accommodation tax is not paid through Airbnb but on site.
