In winter you are 30 minutes from the SEMNOZ and MARGERIAZ ski resorts, nice small resorts and 1 hour from the big resorts (La Clusaz or Grand BORNAND). Alby-sur-Chéran is a small, quiet and peaceful medieval village.

Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

Our independent chalet, not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. Pets not allowed. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Independent apartment in Alby-sur-Cheran

Large fully furnished T2 in a detached house with a separate entrance. It has a large living room with built-in kitchen and seating area (sofa bed) that overlooks a large wooden terrace. A bedroom with a queen size bed gives access to the bathroom and dressing room. Separate toilet. Possibility of washing machine for stays of minimum 4 nights. Please note that for a single night booking, we only provide linens for two people.

Geneva and Chamonix (Mont Blanc) are also very accessible.
