The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Sandcliffe Dairy Luxury Farmstay

You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy. Spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Vaulted timber ceilings and original steel rafters. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Sit and sink into the comfiest couch and snuggle up to watch a movie or the footy on the TV. The Hut is surrounded by nature, expect kangaroos and birdlife at your door.
