This chic and newly renovated design apartment has 2 bedrooms (1 x king bed 180x200, 1 queen bed 160x200) and 2 full bathrooms. It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. Check in at 3pm, check out before 11am. Early check in / late check out may be available for a fee, please check with your host if you have special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

It is spacious, with independent bedroom, with wardrobe, with window to interior patio with floors, with a bed with canapé, very comfortable and comfortable mattress, 150 x 190, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with a shower, which includes a washing machine, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a smoke extractor and a refrigerator. Integrated into a very spacious and bright living room, with a sofa bed and a large window to a spacious and deep interior patio. The floors are made of marble, recently polished, and renovated exterior carpentry. Available crib, high chair and small baby bath upon prior request. No elevator. Check-in time: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, possibility of late check-in from 9:00 pm to 12:00 pm at a cost of €40 which will be paid in cash at the time of arrival at the apartment. In any case it is not received from 24:00 - 10:30. Check-in in the morning before 1:00 pm could always be done with prior consultation. It is MANDATORY to present the ID or Passport (driver's license is not allowed), as well as signing and the corresponding Season rental agreement, for work, study, health care, family or vacation encounters, not suitable for tourist trips. It is MANDATORY to present the Identity Document or Passport (driver's license is not allowed), as well as sign the Travelers Party with the guest details and the corresponding rental agreement. All check-in between 9:00pm and 9:00am will have an increase of €40 which will be paid in cash at the time of arriving at the apartment.

The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space.
