The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis in the architecturally beautiful Moltkeviertel with old villas and lots of greenery. In the immediate vicinity are the "Elisabeth" Hospital and the "Huyssenstift." Good highway connection to the A52, A40 and public transport. The south quarter and the lively district of Rüttenscheid are only 15 to 20 minutes' walk away. Here you will find nice cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.
