Holiday rentals with a patio in Muswell Hill, Greater London

Just a short walk from two very connected underground stations, the apartment was easy to find and, as the photos show, wonderfully and tastefully decorated. Two things I often find that let places down are the shower and the bed - Chris’ apartment had both a fantastic shower and a super comfortable bed. We also managed to take some great photos on the home too. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a stylish stay within close proximity to the main attractions London has to offer.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful flat - clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy access to central London, whilst being peaceful and enjoying pleasant outdoor space and off-road parking. The lovely shady patio was a real bonus in the hot weather.

John’s place was the perfect place to stay on our first stop during our honeymoon! John gave us some wonderful food recommendations as well as places to see in the area. The space is clean and has everything you would need, they’ve done a great job making use of a small space. If we are back in the area again, we will absolutely be looking to stay here!

Simon's place in Angel/Islington is in a great area outside of the tourist hub. It is very nicely and comfortably furnished and included a lovely back yard with a patio, and some nice convenient extras. We had a couple of questions and he got back to us quickly. Read arrival instructions carefully. Because it's so private, it was a bit tricky to find.

Great cosy apartment, felt homely....close to bus service into Camden, (markets and the locks) with service outside door. A short stroll around the corner for a frequent bus service into Kings Cross/St Pancras station. Easy to access wherever you want to go! Nice little balcony for a relaxing cuppa! Thanks Corrine

Highly recommend Mona’s house. Excellent location with private parking. Close to tube station and walking distance to all the amenities you could need. The house was lovely with loads of space and so well stocked with kitchen equipment and everything we needed. Loads of games and lovely garden. Our family loved our stay.

We had such a great stay at Alex’s place. It felt super cosy and welcoming from the moment we walked in, the perfect place to relax after a day in the city. The area is quiet, but the tube is really close, so getting into central London was super easy. Alex was great, always quick to reply and really friendly. We’d definitely love to come back!

Incredible place, an actual home shared with care and respect exactly the way this platform was originally intended for. Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at this Airbnb! The magical location, excellent communication with the host, and the apartment's cozy feel exceeded my expectations. The generous stocking of the kitchen with olive oil, pasta, spices, and high-quality teas was a delightful surprise. Being able to cook instead of relying on expensive restaurants made our stay even better and saved us money. Overall, this Airbnb truly felt like home, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and comfortable getaway.

Our stay at 79 Priory Gardens was superb. The house is modern, well appointed, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The garden is stunning and we were blessed with great weather so that we could enjoy both the garden and the lovely conservatory. The proximity to the Highgate underground station is a real boon. This was a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood- walkable to shops and restaurants. It was also a well-equipped kitchen where we were able to make Christmas dinner. The beds were super comfortable and linens very soft. We’d absolutely stay there again!

The apartment is absolutely great from all aspects i.e. cleanliness, convenience, sizes, lay-out, quietness and location. Just one little thing which the host can not control. The common areas and stairs need some attention and some cleaning. This didn't spoil our stay whatsoever and we really enjoy our stay in the apartment.

I had a lovely stay at Zea's place. The flat is exactly as described and as in the photos on the listing. The flat is perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and laundry, along with space to relax or work. The private entry makes it easy to come and go without disturbing the hosts. The location on a residential street is quiet and private. It's a quick walk to the Tube station to get to central London. A supermarket, pharmacy, other stores and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, as is Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Zea is easy to reach and responds quickly. She left a welcome basket of fruit and a jar of her homemade marmalade, which was delicious! I felt at home, and will definitely look to see if Zea's flat is available the next time I visit London!

The apartment is exactly as described and looks like the pics. It's well-equipped and is excellent value for money. It's in a secure building and close to shops, restaurants etc. The terrace is lovely and super peaceful, so it really does feel like you're away from the bustle of city life.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Stunning property with a beautiful backyard with grass. Great location with plenty of walking option. Right next to the heath (0.4miles).Multiple grocery stores nearby. Hampstead underground has the northern line that we used to go to central areas. Very friendly host who went above and beyond to welcome us. Some special touches like the welcome package and wine were highly admirable. We had a very enjoyable holiday with our two dogs. We will certainly stay again if we have the opportunity! Frank's place was great. The location is only a short walk to everything in Kings Cross; restaurants, bars, groceries, outdoor activities, and of course the Kings Cross station where you can easily get to virtually anywhere in London and beyond. The only small criticism we have is that the hottub was in need of maintenance so we were not able to use it which ended up being ok since we had so many other things to do while we were there.

Eilish was a great host, bubbly waiting for us when we got there and the apartment was very clean and cosy. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to London.
