Apt, practical with electronic lock, relatively new and comfortable, wonderful view, comfortable beds and good bedding, 2 bathrooms was great, many lockers. Smart TV with Wi-Fi available. The condominium with very friendly, helpful and attentive residents with Airbnb guests, The pool is for adults, but the kids like buoys, playground is not big but enough for children to play, all with a very beautiful view of the mountains. Sports Quadra, and the small trail to the viewpoint is a very pleasant discovery, great for exercises, great lawn to practice yoga and meditate with an amazing view. The condominium is relatively new, so everything is in good condition, it is only bad for those who have difficulty in locomotion, because the land is ingrime. The host Geanete is a great person, who despite seeing her in person I felt all her affection and disposition in the moments I reached out to have the best experience possible. I recommend it!!

Herval was always cordial, from the beginning he gave us important tips about the condominium, about his house and the location, etc… Which made us very comfortable! The house really is very cozy, with a great location, close to the pool area and with an amazing view of the dam! Complete house, very clean and organized!
