very equipped. something complicated when arriving by the method they have access but once you get in, everything arranged. very good communication. they also have rental motorbikes at an adjusted price. they took the motorcycle to the door and gave me a lot of facilities.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

We stayed at Louis Mo’s apartment for a month and were completely satisfied. The apartment was very clean and well located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

Actually, I sent the location of the accommodation in the picture, but when you visit for the first time, it's easy to pass by. Other than that, the accommodation was neat! Since there are a lot of stairs, it's hard to go up and down on hot days. The main living room on the 2nd floor has a ceiling fan and air conditioner, but it's not very cool to counter the heat, so I went into each room and rested. It was a shame that there was no microwave! Still, the host was friendly and there was a lot of things around, so the location was good!!

Fantastic place for group gathering, big family. Lots of nice food within 5~10 mins Grab. Very helpful co-host, sorry I can't recall his name. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back next 2026.

The accommodation is perfect. It's right next to the airport, so you can also walk. The downside is that it's absolutely not possible if you don't take a taxi. There's a small grocery store near the accommodation, but you have to buy it in advance. It closes early. Sometimes I'm late to reply. There is a small supermarket on the right side of the front of the accommodation. There is a small supermarket on the right side about 30 meters up the front, and the young president and lady's house, which is very friendly to the small restaurant on the right, open the door at 11 o'clock, and they don't sell alcohol, but you can buy them. You can order all three simple yogi menus, and even if you order a collar, the rice noodle restaurant is delicious if you go a little further. The accommodation is on the right, and the hop restaurant hop restaurant on the left is only in the evening. It's open, but the hot place in the neighborhood itself is cheap and doesn't speak English, but it's not a scary friendly neighborhood. It's not an accommodation right, but people are nice and friendly. If you look at the Dongnae wheel, there's also a massage. I was on a dawn plane, so I checked out on the last day, rented for 12 hours, went to see it later, and got off at the airport at 11 o'clock. Borrow 16 seats unconditionally. We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

The view of the living room and master bedroom was so nice, and there were so many marts and restaurants on the first floor of the apartment, so it was very convenient. I was also able to see the fireworks festival from the rooftop. I want to come again next time. I recommend it~

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location even in the Hyatt, but it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was a great addition! The swimming pool is nearby, and the playground is connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really friendly, and he responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience ~ I'm going to book here again next time! ^ ^
