I had a wonderful stay at Tuan's place! He was very responsive and attentive throughout the process, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. The accommodation looked exactly like the description and photos. perfect and accurately represented. The location is peaceful and quiet, providing a great environment to relax. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, which I really enjoyed. I highly recommend Tuan’s place.

A lovely stay in a charming, well-kept house with a beautiful view of the lake — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The apartment is clean, spacious and comfy perfect for both short and long stays, there are lots of Japanese restaurants around and a few nice cafes just a short walk away. It’s also close to the lake, which was perfect. There’s a shared laundry area which was really convenient. It’s a bit far from the Old Quarter, but honestly, I didn’t mind at all. If you’re not necessarily looking to be right in the middle of the busiest part of town, this area is a great choice.

This is a great place to stay. Clean, modern, and a good area with shops and a small mall nearby. Lily was also super friendly and an amazing host! She definitely made our stay here very easy and all our needs were taken care of. I will definitely be recommending this place to others. Thank you Lily!

This flat is the perfect introduction to Hanoi It is spotless and in a great location. There is a small supermarket next door which is helpful and the flat is about a 10 minute walk from the bars and shops of the old quarter. The host was so responsive and helpful, especially when we got locked out. The roof terrace was an amazing added bonus. We’d love to stay here again!

3 friends and I had been traveling through Vietnam and Hanoi was our final destination before heading home. We truly enjoyed the location of this place and the walk ability it provided. You enter through a business on the bottom floor to get to your apartment, but the people were extremely friendly and made you feel welcomed. The apartment was stocked with beer and snacks that you could purchase at a very reasonable price and unlimited filtered drinking water was provided at no cost. Most of our interactions were with host Tuyen. He was very friendly and went above and beyond’s to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a great location and have access to friendly hosts.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. Die Unterkunft sah aus wie beschrieben. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht. Es hat mir gefallen, dass es sehr viel ruhiger ist als in der Stadt. Die Gastgeberin stand immer für Fragen bereit. Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

That a clean apartment, also small facilities in house also enough useful. Will beback in the short future if have ang plan to HaNoi

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.
