Nature Lovers Wilderness Getaway

MargaretRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Talk about Northern California paradise, Graeme's place is so beautiful and so relaxing. It is a bit of a drive from the 101 but so worth it for the peace and quiet; slept better than I have in months. Trees forever; well supplied kitchen--you can cook anything as plenty of pots/pans, utensils. Books and games for kids and adults; we had 3 generations with us and everyone hated to leave.

Holistic Haven An Organic Luxury & Spa Experience

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A beautiful spot to land in a rugged landscape. I appreciate how Laura was communicative and present if needed, but gave lots of space for us to enjoy the quiet solitude. I enjoyed a peaceful evening viewing the moon and stars from the soaking tub. It’s a great town, too—really enjoyed the friendly people and delicious food.

Avenue of the Giants Riverfront

CarlaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
A beautiful river view from the deck, dining room, kitchen, and the bedroom suite. The house is lovely with lots of room and the kitchen was fully stocked (including a Kitchen Aid mixer, a blender, and a Longhi Expresso Machine) for any entertainment you can imagine. My niece and I thought it's perfect for a wedding just about anywhere on the property. I caused minor damage when I drove in to unpack the car. Kevin gave me lots of assurance that he thought it was minor and either he would fix it himself or, as requested, send me the bill. We enjoyed the redwood forest, small towns, and the river. We'd love to stay there again. Overall a ery happy time

"Twin Trees" Cabin |River Access| In Redwoods WiFi

DianeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
What a cute little cabin in the redwoods. There’s a nice path down to the river. And a wonderful cat welcomes you and provides lots of loves. Be aware that there are no doors on the bedrooms, but that was OK.

The House truck on river farm

SukiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kirsten and community were both welcoming and supportive of spaciousness, allowing real rest and ready conversation as you like it. The summer kitchen is a delightful hub and the bath garden is an immersive getaway. The tiny home is not just whimsical but historic, and you can learn a ton about the the home build movement from the cabin book shelf, within plucking distance from the front porch cantilevered over the truck cab. Only a few perplexed looks from the llamas as I chillaxed up there. Bring your scissors for minus tide seaweed harvesting at Mattole Beach (or sleep through it like I did in the not tiny at all sleeping loft), a comfy towel for the river hang, and a notebook if you, like me, are unable to remember all the names of the animals large, small, flocked and shorn, at this laid-back farm.

Amazing 23 ft trailer in the heart of Redwoods

MoniqueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a late check in with Theresa and she still came out to greet us and gave us clear direct instructions on the RV. The fenced garden was great for my 16 year old chihuahua to roam off the leash. The RV was conveniently located near the hiking trails, 10-15 min from Miranda for groceries and fuel. National Redwood forest less than 2 hrs away. We mostly used the RV for a comfortable sleep and to make breakfast. Thank you Theresa! My mom, my dog and I had a pleasant stay and hope to be back in the future. Anyone staying in the area for the first time, make sure you fuel up before getting into the wooded mountains and know that most stores close by 7:30-8pm and you have to drive out from Weott. Be safe and enjoy your stay!
