The apartment is centrally located in the lower part of Myrkdalen Fjellandsby, with only a 5 min walk to Myrkdalen Hotel and the ski resort. Myrkdalen has family-friendly slopes, slopes in all difficulty levels, parks, ski cross tracks and wonderful off-piste terrain. 30km prepared ski tracks for classic and ice skating start right outside the door of the apartment. In the summer there is a pump truck for bicycle. In July and August you can also take the chairlift to mountains and enjoy fantastic hiking opportunities on Vikafjellet.

Perfect location to reach all nearby attractions such as Gudvangen, Flåm, Nærøyfjorden, Stalheim, Sognefjorden, Vikafjellet and Voss. Beautiful scenery and great hiking terrain right outside the door. Myrkdalsvatnet and river close by with nice swimming opportunities. 3 min by car to Myrkdalen Hotel and 5 min to the grocery store at Vinje. Vikafjellet with bike, hiking and fishing opportunities is 15km away.

Cozy cabin in Myrkdalen

The cabin is just 800 meters from the popular ski resort. It is a quiet place, distant from other cabins. You can park the car close and you can even charge your electric car here. We try to make the cabin as complete as possible with all you need for a comfortable stay. Bedsheets and towels are included. We prepare the beds for you. In the kitchen you will find coofee, tea, suger, salt, oil, spicecs and other basics for food preparation. If you find that something is missing, please tell us.

"Drengstovo" with a lovely view in Hardanger

Drengstova", an apartment that is located in the barn with a private balkong facing the fjord, Sørfjorden. At the dock it’s nice to take a bath, fish or just enjoy the view. Fogefonna sommerskisenter is one houer by car from us. There are many fine hiking in the surrounding area. The most famous are Trolltunga, Oksen and the waterfalls in Husedalen,Kinsarvik. It's nice to cycle along the fjord into Agatunet or against Utne with Utne hotel, and Hardanger Folkemuseeum .

A uniqe, modern house with the most amazing nature just outside the door-step. The house has a view to the forest and river, and has big windows to let in lots of light and most importantly - the nature. The outside area consists of an incredibly beautiful riverside front, with a wooden deck with a log table and benches, fire place by the river and pitoresque seats overlooking the river and forest. The closest town with shops and restaurants are about 10 kms away.

The cabin has a total of 9 beds. 1st floor: livingroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, laundryroom, 2 bedrooms 2nd floor: livingroom, bathroom, 2 bedrooms The area is perfect for walking, cycling, climbing, fishing, or just relaxing in scenic surroundings. From the cabin, it is 25 min. to Vik i Sogn and close to Vikafjellet, Flåm, Voss and the Nærøyfjord.
