Really cozy apartment. Good condo, there was a terrace on the roof of the building, large and long pool, 24 hour security, the fitness room. The apartment have all the utensils and things I needed. One minus is not very convenient location, the beach road is a 20-minute walk away

Great condo in a great complex. Condo had extra appliances for cooking etc. only issue for me was the location as its is quite a distance to the city area but other then that great condo fully recommend. Definitely more suited for people looking for a quiet place far from the busy city area. Condo complex facilities are great, especially the pool areas and also a private beach access.

Had an awesome stay near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya! The place was pretty clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, and even the building staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Only small downside was that the gym equipment wasn’t working during our stay. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Really good location, on 26th floor, with an incredible sea view from the living room and from master bedroom! Flat is brand new, really good!

Second time I have stayed at this condo . Everything is as stated in the apartment, neat, tidy clean . Lovely pool set in gardens. Easy access to local bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The host Jonathan is very friendly and as always been responsive to my message , arranged the cleaners during my stay and also taxi pick ups from the airport. I will return again soon

Great condo, wonderful apartment and helpful hostess ❤️ The apartment fully corresponds to the description, even more than we expected: the kitchen has a stove, a full-fledged refrigerator, all the necessary utensils for 4 people, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave, toaster; in the bathroom: gel, shampoo, hairdryer, curling iron; there is also a vacuum cleaner, fans, air conditioners, laundry dryer. The mattress is good, the pillows are comfortable, the sofa is clean The condo is quite new, located a little remote, but at the same time I have all the infrastructure. There is a children's room, co-working space, gym, billiards. 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants and massage machines nearby, 10 minutes walk to 7/11 Of the disadvantages - there are ants in the apartment Nuke is always available, responds quickly, tries to help. Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . Perfect host, nice clean condo with everything you need, welcome snacks and water. Instant communication when needed and sorted any requests instantly.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Vadim & Gulia are great Host , very supportive & understanding. Place is exactly matching the description. If you are looking for private , peaceful place with wonderful pool and relax and enjoy then this the perfect place to stay. Rooms are very clean and all the amenities mentioned in the description are available. You can cook have your wonderful meal, all the required kitchen things are available including glasses , cups and all. Washrooms are bed rooms are very good and well maintained. You have good security , so you stay very peaceful. Vadim & Gulia are very understanding and very good people they are always available to support you in the way they can. They communicate very well. Very Kindhearted people. I am very happy to stay at their place , we had very good- peaceful time. We will surely visit again this property and spend more time.
