Place is not huge, but perfect for 1 person or couple. Host very responsive as I needed to use the safe and lost my card Very accommodating

Really fantastic place with a stunning view. Restaurants are 5 minute walking distance once you get to the lobby, great ammnieites with the gym and pool and Mat is really responsive. Great host and nicely decorated place.

I absolutely loved this room and the host! The room was huge, located in a very quiet part of Pattaya, but very close to everything that I wanted. The host was on site and handled everything quickly and made my stay absolutely wonderful! I highly highly recommend!

Great location! The Airbnb host responded extremely quickly. The house had all the basic accessories, including a rice cooker. It was close to the beach and surrounded by amazing entertainment in Pattaya.

This place is peaceful, ideal for families, very close to the beach, it's best to rent a bike because transportation is bad, we can cook, there are no Indian groceries nearby, the air conditioner in the bedroom is broken, and the induction stove has some issues with its display. It's on the fifth floor, and you have to walk 100 meters each time to get to your room, after u get out from the lift so be ready to walk. The swimming pool is only available from 9 am to 9 pm, so if you're planning to go outside early, don't go swimming because it's too salty.

Thanawan is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The place is immaculate, with all amenities fully functioning and well-maintained. The sea view is beautiful, yet the place is far enough from the beach road to be peaceful and quiet.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

We had an amazing stay at this villa! I came with a group of friends and the place was perfect for us. The rooms were all spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the large garden—it was a great space to relax and hang out together. The whole property had a peaceful vibe, and everything was just as described. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay!

A piscina é a grande atração do local, pra adultos e crianças a diversão é garantida! A academia é de tamanho médio e tem um espaço aberto se você quiser correr ou se exercitar do lado de fora, ela tem vista pro mar e é bem agradável pela manhã malhar e olhar o mar. A anfitriã foi muito simpática e nos deixou algumas frutas para nossa chegada. A praia está a uns 300 metros e é fácil de chegar caminhando. Voltaríamos para o apartamento em outra oportunidade.

Michael svarade snabbt på de få förfrågningar jag hade. Incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och inte ett dugg krångligt. Området ligger en bit från centrum och beachen men detta tycker jag vägs upp av att området är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Jättefint poolområde som ligger precis utanför dörren. Ett tips om man hyr Michaels lägenhet är att skaffa ett Bolt konto då är centrum och även Jomtien inom räckhåll för en billig peng! Det ska nämnas att centrala Pattaya ligger en 15 minuters promenad bort. Storleken på lägenheten är toppen om du reser ensam eller med din käresta. Fler än 2 personer tror jag inte är optimalt! Tack Michael för att jag fick hyra din lägenhet 🙏

Well appointed unit in a great building. Host has an office in the building, so she is easily accessible and always responsive if needed. I have stayed in this building many times and would definitely consider this unit again.

Tilava ja siisti huone. Sänky oli mukava ja tyynyjä tarpeeksi :) Kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi naulakoita ja tasotilaa saniteettitarvikkeille. Parveke oli erinomainen ja tilava. Kaikki toimi hienosti ja allasalue oli todella kiva paikka. Rannallekin pääsi vain ylittämällä tie. Suosittelen kaikille!

Andra gången jag bor här & förhoppningsvis inte sista. Läget är perfekt med nära till allt. Personalen & värden är mycket vänliga & man känner sig verkligen välkommen. North Beach Pattaya <3
