Beachfront holiday rentals in Nabeul‎

What can I say….I almost don’t want to write my review and keep this ‘gem’ of a place well hidden from everyone, all for myself but that would be doing Jihed a terrible disservice. Jihed was the perfect host, as was the property the perfect property for my needs. I booked ‘very’ last minute and Jihed was ever so accommodating and we had great continuous communication, right up until my arrival, where he met me, showing me the apartment. The property itself is exactly as described, however, I don’t believe the photos show it to its full potential. Be assured its layout, tasteful interior and external roof top terrace is sublime. I enjoyed my sunset and sunrise yoga, relaxing whilst taking in the local atmosphere of Hammamet. Its location is great, a short walking distance from shops, cafes, eateries and also the main Medina of Hammamet. I had a car, easy to find and parking was great. I was a solo traveller and felt completely at ease during my stay. Can’t wait to return! Thanks J ?

Mehrez is an amazing host. He solved all my questions/requests on the same day. Also, on the first day of my stay, I asked him to install a cable for work (for the Internet, I needed a LAN cable). Mehrez made an additional hole in the wall on the same day and installed the cable into the apartment. Mehrez also helped organize a transfer from/to airport. The apartments are the best in Hammamet in terms of price/quality/location. Opposite the apartments there is a large hotel with an exit/entrance for employees, you cannot go through it to the beach. It is better to walk to the right to the central entrance, where they will let you in to the sea. And it is even better to go to the La Sirene restaurant and get drinks/food there (sun loungers with umbrellas are free). Nearby, I recommend cafe number 1 - I ROLL, number 2 - The Corner (right at the exit from the apartment), number 3 - The Chef by Boulehia. There is a laundry on the roof. Only moto noise from road was minus for me.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Recommend Zied’s place eyes closed, first of all very warm welcome from the cohost found cold drinks in mini fridge, place was so quiet and really beautiful, I would definitely come back another time. Thank you zied 😊

Inies Beach Villa (Aqua Villa) is just a little paradise ❤️nestled in a bay without a building or hotel . Authentic family house of charm and with all the comforts . Thanks to Lazare and Sabeh who are adorable and efficient . As for Inies, she is a warm person and responsive to all requests , attentive to the well-being of his guests . 9 days of happiness for the whole family: young and old 😜

Excellent stay at Souheil's apartment, the location is great, clean pool, the kids had a blast, frankly nothing to say. We'll be back next year, God willing!

This is a great apartment for a larger group in Nabeul. The living room is cozy and has a 6-person dining room table, and the kitchen has basic cooking utensils (as well as a blender) for eating in. The rooms are also well furnished and sleep 6 very comfortably. The location near the beach is also great with parking for many cars along the street.

Beautiful house, perfectly located facing a heavenly beach. The setting is both idyllic and soothing. The only minor drawback is the kitchen, whose equipment would benefit from modernization and better maintenance. A big thank you to Leila for her responsiveness, and to Tarek, the caretaker, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back!

Emma’s place is beautiful . She was a perfect host. The apartment is as described. With everything you could need. Great location with lots to do. Will definitely be visiting again.

Had our family there for a few days and it was a great time. Plenty of cooking supplies for a large family. Pool was clean and the privacy of the back house was the best part!

The place is perfect. Great price quality. The space was incredibly clean. All the comforts and necessities are there and the beauty of the apartment goes beyond the photos presented. The bedroom with this beautiful ceiling is beautiful. Super comfortable bedding. Other than going to do some shopping, we need nothing since everything is present in the apartment. Beautiful well-maintained pool, everything is perfect Daly is kind and very responsive. He left us bottles of water and juice for the kids to cool off. We did everything on foot and the neighborhood is super nice. The neighbor even brought us back with his car to the errands to show us the place . We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the communication with the locals who are so kind. It will be without hesitation that we will return to this accommodation that beat all the rental prices in terms of quality ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Hammamet! The house was spacious with a beautiful, lush garden and a fantastic pool. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the overall setting was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any issues we had and doing his best to ensure everything was resolved. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! Monem‘s Brother kindly picked us up from the airport despite our late arrival. The apartment is well equipped. We especially liked the foldable beach chairs and beach table and the variety of spices for cooking! The area is very quiet. Perfect if you mainly come for relaxation. The lovely sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. The pool seems very clean. If you need to work online, Internet is stable, too! Great shower with reliable hot water. A spot in the garage is available for a car if needed. Definitely a recommendation from our side! We stayed for a month and didn’t regret it. Monem and his Brother are great hosts.

It’s a little paradise close to the medina of Hammamet. Peaceful and authentic, it’s the perfect spot for a romantic escapade or a trip with friends. Having dinner in the center of the riad was the highlight of our stay, we loved being surrounded by the plants.

We had two very nice weeks in this apartment which corresponds in every way to what was advertised and what we expected. The small terrace is very nice to read, chat, have a drink, all with the scent of jasmine, and the rest of the apartment is nice, well-equipped and functional. The residence is quiet, well maintained and secure. The proximity to the beach is an asset, as is the taxi stand right at the entrance of the residence, making it easy to get around Hammamet or Nabeul. A few nice restaurants are very close, which is always very nice. Hatem is a very friendly, responsive, and even proactive host. We will definitely come back and with great pleasure.

Pleasant house with a nice garden and a beautiful decoration. The description and photos match reality. The person hosting is very available and extremely kind. The house is very well equipped (linens, utensils, etc.). Very rare thing in Tunisia. Finally, it is worth noting that the beach is barely 50 m away and the city of Maamoura is 1h20 from Tunis.

Again I love this place and if Im still in Tunisia, will definitely go back, thanks again Wassim 😊❣️

We stayed for an almost full week at Walid's house We were two families: 4 adults and 4 children. Loved our stay. This is a real holiday home. We found it spacious and rather well appointed and equipped for a holiday home. Perfect for families / kids The house is in a well secured residence, which we particularly appreciated. The connection between the house and the garden was very nice, the garden had shade in the afternoon, so the children were really able to play. And we also had fun enjoying the terrace in the evening. And finally, the "best" was the direct access to the beautiful beach of the residence. It is cleaned every morning, and is frequented mainly by the residents of the residence.

The house is spacious, clean and well equipped, everything we needed for a comfortable stay was on hand. A big thank you to Mourad, our exceptional host, who made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly kind, responsive and always available to answer our questions or give us local advice. His warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable.
