This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Our cabin is 25 sqm with a double bed and a sleeping loft. Bathroom with shower, bbq, fridge, microwave, hotplate with a frying pan and pot, and a kettle, as well as complementary coffee and tea, is available. Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta moderna rymliga boende nära till natur och svalkande bad från både strand och klippor. Endast 1,5 mil från Stockholm innerstad. Nära till Bagarsjön och Skurusundet och fina promenader längs vattnet. Bra kommunikation med buss på 5 min gångavstånd och nära till matbutiker och restauranger. Egen ingång till undervåningen (ca 55 kvm) på familje-parhus och egen uteplats med sittmöbler.
