It was a wonderful stay Nilaavu. It felt like our own home the moment we entered the property. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing environment. It's spacious, with a well-furnished living room and all rooms having attached bathrooms. Two of the rooms are air-conditioned, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed. There's also ample parking space. My family, especially the kids, truly enjoyed the stay—it was a memorable experience for all of us.

I was not able to call the host until we reached the property. But then I realised the caretaker wasn't informed about our booking, although it was made a long time back! But she ensured we got checked in within ten minutes of arriving at the location. However, I think the host should have informed the caretaker of the booking in advance! The property is nicely kept, offers great privacy, and a view of the sea from that balcony! We enjoyed the serene ambience very much.

We visited again within a month, and it continues to feel like a second home. Our time here was absolutely unforgettable! It's hard to put into words just how wonderful this place is. The tranquility, beauty, and overall vibe make it the perfect retreat. Every little detail has been carefully thought out, which made our stay all the more special. Ramesh, the host, made our experience even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, he treated us like family. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does, and his kindness and hospitality made us feel completely at ease. The food he prepared was fantastic—some of the best we’ve ever tasted! It's not every day you find someone as thoughtful and genuine as Ramesh. We’ll definitely be back and I’ll be booking again without a second thought. Thank you for such a memorable and exceptional experience!

The whole experience was worth it. Beautiful place with a great view, private and serene. Sam was really helpful and event the caretaker was very responsive.

It is a good place and you can have a nice time working and living here. All facilities are there to make this a vivid coliving - a nice kitchen, a garden area, spacious couches and a common desk area. (The pictures are 100% real). I regret that I had no real contact to the other guests though during my short 3 days stay. But when I ran into a gathering of Athul with his friends I got invited to join and felt like an old friend immediately – indian hospitality at its best. The place is in walking distance from downtown with a good selection of restaurants, shops, markets and the railway station. It's a residential area still so if you're planning on activities like going to the beaches be prepared to take a Rikshaw.

We had a great time here. Resort is beautiful and offers plenty of activities for the kids. They have Indian and Italian restaurants offering plenty of options for kids. The staff is friendly.

This was my first stay at a homestay. I wasn't sure what to expect. However it turned out to be a great experience. We were welcomed with a refreshing lemonade drink by friendly host. They helped us settle down quickly. All amenities are good. We being strict vegetarian, kitchen was really useful. Thank you Babu and special thanks to Amma as well. Beach is just five minutes walk where we spent lots of time.

We had a short but memorable stay at this property. Unfortunately, due to unexpected weather conditions, we couldn't enjoy our trip to the fullest—but the kindness and understanding shown by the host truly stood out. The owner was incredibly accommodating and even refunded us a portion of the amount, despite not being obligated to do so. That kind of generosity is rare and deeply appreciated. It reflects a genuine concern for guests' comfort and satisfaction. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’re really looking forward to visiting again when the weather is better and we can fully experience all it has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hospitable and honest host.
