The house is equipped with two bedrooms with beds of 120cm, kitchen with gas flare for cooking possibilities and outdoor toilet. No electricity or running water, water is collected in the creek. *Sheep in the area in summer*.

Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the closest neighbor and nice rocks that belong to the property. Otterøya offers nice hiking opportunities both on foot or by bike. Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain hog down, Namsos city center is about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. Then I welcome you to our great cabin in Kvaløysæter. A small spot in Flatanger, 11 mile northwest of Steinkjer and 8.5 mile southwest of Namsos. At the top of a mountain in a peaceful area with few cabin neighbors, you will find the beautiful gem in detached nature with good views of the sea and mountains.

Her kan du oppleve å bo i et arkitekttegnet atriumshus. Huset ble bygget i 2018 og har en eget mikrohus for utleie. Jeg bor i det andre huset og mellom de to husene er det et atrium med uteplass. Det er gjennomgående høy standard på mikrohuset, som er ca 40 m2. Mikrohuset har fislagt bad, eget kjøkken, vaskerom og soverom. Det er to separate soverom, det ene kombinert med sofa/sovesofa. Pga husets størrelse er det best egnet for familier men fire voksene kan overnatte.
