Everything about our stay was great, but the highlight was undoubtedly the food prepared by Mr. Raju. The Konkani dishes were absolutely delicious — authentic, flavorful, and cooked with so much care. We’d happily return again and again just for the food alone!

Edens estate nestled in the lap of nature in Nagaon is a wonderful stay for your family and friends! The owners have very delightfully and intricately designed the property with the best of everything. Great interiors and artwork adorn the insides with spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. All walls are decorated with nice paintings and they make you want to stay indoors but the lush green exteriors are so well done and maintained that its great fun to walk around the property and enjoy being in the midst of nature. The caretaker Mr Ashok Patil is a gentleman and a very helpful person and made our stay there so much better! The kids and my parents all had a great time and enjoyed the pool and the green compound thoroughly! Really looking forward to be back and enjoy it all over again!

I use Airbnb quite frequently and we rarely find a place which is as accurate and as clean as described. One of the best Airbnbs I have visited in recent years because of location , responsiveness , pricing , cleanliness , interior , housekeeping , etc etc. The housekeeper / helper named Nirvruti was super courteous and polite guy. They made amazing homemade food in best price. This place is hardly 5 minutes walk from the beach. I am definitely coming next time.

We had a wonderful, stress-free stay at Shriya’s Boho Banyan Villa. The villa itself is beautifully done peaceful, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for unwinding. From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and relaxed, just what we needed. Huge thanks to Prathamesh, our property manager, for constantly checking in and making sure we were comfortable throughout. Also a big shoutout to Santhosh, our caretaker, who was incredibly kind and always accommodating to anything we needed, always there with a smile. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a break with no stress and all comfort.

A Great stay option near Nagaon Alibaug. In natural surroundings, feels like peacefully place. clean rooms n bathroom. Kitchen fascility, and yummy food at home weenjoyed after lots of sightseeing. Avinash bhau was great host, he cooker tasty breakfast for us. Overall great experience..

Our stay at this Villa was amazing. The villa is very beautiful and well maintained. It had sufficient space for 7 folks. The surrounding area was very peaceful and serene. The owner of the Villa- Bhoomi was always very helpful and of friendly nature. Overall I loved the experience of staying here in this Villa.

Delicious food, the most polite staff, a big backyard with a pool and a variety of plants, indoor and outdoor games, proximity to the beach. This place ticks all the boxes of being a perfect option for a homestay in Nagaon. Thank you Shubham and team for making our trip memorable.

Definitely a great place to stay as it’s a good complex and the house has a great deck. The house makes you feel at home and was definitely clean. The caretaker was very responsive too. The road you take from the place towards the beaches and restaurants is quite bad and that’s probably the only con. The network is weak so you can rely on WiFi but it’s decent for streaming but I might not rely on 30 MBPS for work if you’re having a workcation. You can carry a streaming stick or HDMI cable if you go there as the TV is standard.

the place is exactly infront of the alibaug beach 1.3 km from alibaug bus stop, have so many food options available near by and the caretaker is very cooperative, he even help us buy some basic grocery.

Absolutely amazing stay, felt right at home. The pictures don't do justice to the actual place. Everything was squeaky clean, including the kitchen and bathroom. All amenities available. Definitely booking again when in Alibaug next. :)

It was a pleasant stay overall. The room balcony and cupboards were a bit dusty initially, but they were cleaned promptly upon request. The receptionist was very welcoming and provided clear instructions, guiding us well throughout our stay. The game zone was a highlight the view and the pictures from there were stunning, and the games were truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We had a great stay at Nikhil’s place. He did not just let us rent a place but also suggested the best place around. The flat and amenities were up to the mark. Market was also nearby so you can fetch anything quickly. Everything was arranged so perfectly for us and he was also very responsive. I would definitely come back to Alibaug and Nikhil’s stay specifically! Thank you Nikhil for being the perfect host!

good place to spend ur weekend

The 1Bhk apartment was great with fully equipped kitchen , 2 queen sized bed and also extra bedding . the caretaker Deepak was very helpfull and helped us a lot , he also helped us in planning the locations to visit . and places to eat. Great place for a small family up to 5 people . Thank U Mr Suneel .

Our weekend stay at this Airbnb was absolutely lovely! The home itself is incredibly cozy and spotless; it was clear how much care goes into keeping it clean. We especially adored the beautiful balcony and spent most of our time out there, enjoying the fresh air. The caretakers were truly lovely people – so kind and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The thorough cleaning they did was also very much appreciated. A special shout-out to Swati, who kept in touch with us throughout our trip, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her proactive communication made a big difference! The only minor concern we had was that the Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy at times, which occasionally made it challenging for work/streaming. Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable experience, and we highly recommend it!

I found this place very good. There was no issue at all. The host was super responsive and sweet. He was always one phone call away. For the price the place was worth it.

This place was such a cute, cozy find — perfectly lit with a Pinterest-worthy aesthetic. It’s nestled in a peaceful spot, about a 15-minute walk from the beach, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. While the main Alibaug beach and city area are a bit of a drive, we’d definitely recommend bringing your own vehicle or hiring a rickshaw for the day to get around easily. The host was under the weather during our stay, so wasn’t able to be as hands-on, but still made the effort to share local recommendations for food and activities, which we really appreciated. Overall, a charming little escape if you’re looking to unplug and relax!

There are always two aspects which make an Airbnb experience memorable - the place as well as the host. And both the property and the host Mr Kishore exceeded our expectations. I visited Kishore's place along with my wife during the Christmas weekend. The place is beautiful and is located away from all the noise which we experienced when we arrived in Alibaug. The property was very clean, and well maintained. Kishore was in touch with us since the time we booked. He shared detailed instructions of how to reach the property as well as some good restaurants and experiences recommendations in the nearby area. The people at the property also had a very good attitude and were attentive to all our needs and requests. I'd surely visit here again and would also recommend others to visit if they're looking to spend a peaceful and relaxed weekend with their family.

An excellent stay with an extremely helpful, polite and friendly caretaker Santosh jee The place is very near to the M2M jetty at Mandwa and is peaceful and posh There are limited eating places in vicinity so please inform the caretaker in advance to procure some essential commodities like tea, milk, bread and eggs in advance to have eating options at odd hours A pet friendly accommodation and neighbourhood. Had a wonderful stay! ⭐️ From the moment we checked in, the staff ensured we were comfortable. Gave my parents an experience of a Airbnb homestay for the first time and they loved it. The property was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. The warm, inviting ambience made it feel like a home away from home. Clean linens, towels and clean washrooms too. One of the highlights of our stay was the caretaker, Ranjeet. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and available when we needed anything. I asked him at 11 for an extra bedsheet and he was more than happy to help. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept getaway! Location is good and easy to find as well. Will recommend it for sure.
