The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

It's located halfway between Leon and Managua,so our guests often come here to enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures in Leon before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary.
