The street is very close to the famous Dohany synagogue and Vaci shopping street. Getting around couldn't be easier from this flat. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

If you have the ability to cover the cost of this place, don’t hesitate! It is one of our most favorite places and locations we have ever stayed. There is a Lidl grocery, cafes and restaurants within the block. The area is quiet at night and enjoyable to walk around once the crowds have departed. If stairs are an issue then this may not be the best location for you. You could eat out but the views from this rental beat just about anywhere. We would 100% stay again should we return to Budapest.

I was so happy to start my first European trip in this space:) Comfortable bedding, a relaxing space, a convenient elevator for us with a lot of luggage, and a quiet space were the best for us who needed rest. The host responded quickly and provided a comfortable flow of movement to handle all the schedules in Budapest. If I can travel again, I definitely want to visit again! :)
