I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Spacious Negombo Home 15 Minutes From The Beach

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It is a beautiful place in a secluded part of town tucked off the main road on a calm side street. The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms clean and super quiet and the ac works brilliantly. The host is so responsive and quick to reply. There are family and friends who are local and proved so helpful in finding local places as well as being great hosts and entertainers. I’d also strongly suggest getting dinner and breakfast cooked for you if the option is available, you won’t regret it, it was stunning and great value!! It felt so much more than just a place to stay, I feel I’ve had the full ‘Sri Lanka’ treatment that I hear so often about, warm, kind and full of laughter. Thankyou for a great stay, I wish I could have stayed longer. ඔයාට ස්තූතියි M+S xx

Our stay at Villa Tranquil Waters was absolutely unforgettable! The villa is immaculate, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this villa to groups of friends or couples seeking a private, tranquil retreat. Thank you, Villa Tranquil Waters, for an amazing getaway!

It is one of the most lovely stays I’ve had to date. The gorgeous place and customer service of Ashane and Udeshi were incomparable. They were so consistent from inquiry to post check out. As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe in their place. Almost everything you need they have and if they don’t they will reach the extra mile to help you with it. It was such a great first impression of Sri Lanka’s warmth and hospitality. Will definitely stay with them again on another Negombo trip.

Arosha was a very responsive person. as a guest we really expect this and she was one of that quick. really appreciate especially on the WiFi and TV. really appreciate. well the place is new development due that , place was dusty and facilities not in full force. looking forward to come and enjoy the full facilities. looks great. children playground , gym and the swimming pool. not forgetting the Griffy who was also friendly and of help. thank you

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here

Felt at home as we came. The caretaker and his wife was very kind and helpful. We have been in this villa before so we had a great experience last time as well hence we decided to come again with our parents. Place is very spacious with a lovely view of the pool, some greenery and the beach. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to go on a small vacay not too far from Colombo and enjoy with family and friends.

Nirmal is a lovely and welcoming guy. He even picked us up at the airport in the middle of the night because our flight was so delayed. That was really convenient. The place itself was clean and had everything you need. We ordered breakfast from Nirmal and it was a just delicious! Would recommend.
