I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. Beautiful location in Negombo. We were on the 9th floor with great views of the beach and the town. Three balconies. Pleasant open kitchen and seating area. Good bathroom. Good beds and closet space. Wifi not very fast.

It is one of the most lovely stays I’ve had to date. The gorgeous place and customer service of Ashane and Udeshi were incomparable. They were so consistent from inquiry to post check out. As a solo female traveller, I felt incredibly safe in their place. Almost everything you need they have and if they don’t they will reach the extra mile to help you with it. It was such a great first impression of Sri Lanka’s warmth and hospitality. Will definitely stay with them again on another Negombo trip.

I stayed in few places during my visit to Sri Lanka and this was the best place out of all 3. The apartment was really beautiful and luxurious. Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and a beautiful infinity pool. Staff were friendly and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely come back here
