Had an amazing stay here. This is nestled at perhaps the most beautiful viewpoint in Bhimtal. The property itself is beautifully crafted and has completely serene surroundings. The two levels are very spacious. The main living area on the first level is quite big and has very cozy seating areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious as well. You can see the entire Bhimtal lake right from your bed. The balconies on both levels are amazing and you will most likely spend most of your time here. The staff is very helpful and arranges everything that you need. Taxis, scooties, food anything. The property offers ample parking as well. We had a very memorable stay here and will definitely visit again.

Had a wonderful time at the cottage! The place is as described and the surroundings are very green and peaceful. Nestled away within the forest, you’ll love the homestay if you are looking for solitude. The drive to the homestay is quite manageable for an experienced driver. The best part of the stay were the amazing dishes the caretaker Narain bhaiya cooked for us! Tip-Do try his red sauce pasta. Overall a great experience and we would definitely want to visit again!

It felt like a home. The property is well-maintained and accurately described by host. The host is proactive, clear in communication and helpful in solving problems. We faced vehicle breakdown on our roadtrip to Bhimtal. The host gave us very useful information about reaching the property. Deepa Ji is also a very good cook. She cooked delicious food according to our specific needs. It felt like being a home. I strongly recommend this place if you are visiting Bhimtal and want to enjoy peace.

An over all good place, nice view. Best Balcony and the swing makes it worth while to just spend your time in the balcony watching the sun.

It was our second time at Sukoon. It is perched high up in the Kumaon hills, about a 20 minute uphill hike from the road, which ensures tranquility and minimal human interaction - exactly what we were looking for. The cottage stands facing a forest which comes alive with the sound of birdsong in the mornings. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck reading, birdwatching, soaking up the Sun and star-gazing. The cottage itself is very well-appointed. The bedding is comfortable and warm, and the kitchen has everything one might need to prepare a small or elaborate meal. Three adorable, friendly dogs who accompanied us on our hikes made the deal even sweeter! Sushil, the host, was welcoming and hospitable. He showed us hiking paths from the property and viewpoints for sweeping views of the snow-capped Kumaon Himalayas in the distance. While he was always just a message away he ensured we had utmost privacy. We had the most wonderful stay at Sukoon and can't wait to be back!

We were looking for a pet friendly place with a big expanse in Bhimtal when we came across this place. Our Simba loved the huge lawns as he doesn’t get a lot of space to play in our apartment. The staff was sweet enough to put a pack of treats for him in the welcome basket and ensured that he had a good time. On a personal level, I’m glad that pet friendly spaces such as this are coming up. The attention to detail was on point throughout. I am sure Simba is as excited as us to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at Daksh’s property in Mukteshwar. The location is absolutely stunning—surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Daksh was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He made sure everything was set up for a comfortable stay and gave great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were cozy, and we had all the amenities we needed for a perfect retreat. It’s a very beautiful and charming place situated in centre of devbhumi. Location was perfect where so many big restaurants and attractions are available in walking distance. There was a big space to park our car. Sitting in balcony we felt like paradise which is unforgettable for us. Actual hills valley view is highly enjoyed from the balcony. This location is apt for those who actually want to enjoy their every pal. It was worth of money we paid in this summer season. In future we will definitely stay here for a long time to enjoy this charming place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a relaxing, peaceful nd convenient stay. In economical pricing this is very suitable and lovely property surrounded by hills and valley. The host mr Tripathi is very cooperative who guided us for proper visits to all places and temples in Devbhumi. We fully enjoyed well decorated room with all facilities along with fastest speed wi-fi and dish TV. This was a neat and cleaned place

An absolute fantastic stay. We felt welcomed as soon as I booked the property. Nidhi was in touch with me right from the start till the end over the phone. Her guidance was spot on and we were able to locate the house with no issues at all. We were greeted at the property by Gaurav Joshi ji. He is truly an outstanding host, his polite behaviour and helping nature was amazing. The home was super with great views and good restaurants at walking distance plus a supermarket just next door for all your day to day needs. Gaurav ji was so generous that he offered us an upgraded accommodation as it was available. I cannot thank Nidhi and Gaurav ji enough for the comfortable stay. A 10/10 recommendation to anyone who is looking for a stay near Kainchi Dham, just 10 minutes drive away. Hosts like yourself always reinforce our faith in Airbnb. We will surely be back.

It was our first time at an air bnb. The location is great and has beautiful view of the lake. Felt like home, cooked meals ourselves grocery is available at Bhat provisional store just 25 meters away Bhat uncle (and Aunty) has every thing you need and he doesn't mind even if you buy 2 tomatos, 3 potatoes etc. Master bed room with attached balcony and bathroom is better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed so far. We (Me, wify and two children 18 and 13) spent lot of time in living room together as it was raining in Nainital most of the time . Overall we had a blast, Jai provided clearcut directions and offerd full refund as it there were past complaints of water scarcity. We didn't feel any water scarcity. Meenu the caretaker was very pleasant and courteous we didn't use her services for cooking but she ensured that place and kitchen is clean. in past I have stayed in Nainital in hotel with veiw but closer to mall, lot of noice pollution. This property is higher on hill hence peaceful.

This place is beautiful... Private and peaceful... We got some much needed rest and relaxation... All touristy spots are a short drive away, but the place itself is very quiet and beautiful... The caretakers are very sweet, polite and helpful... Special thanks to Ranjeet who took very good care of us... We traveled with our two dogs, and they had such a wonderful time too... The place is very clean, has all amenities and the food they serve is also very fresh and homely... Overall a 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!
