Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nairn

Really lovely home, the host went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. Will definitely book again if coming back to the area.

We had a great 3 night stay 9th to 11th of June 2025. The mattresses and bedding was perfect. The rooms all well decorated and furnished. The kitchen had everything one could need. The garden was lovely to sit in. The coop was close by - easy walking distance -as was the beach and the Firth Hotel where I can recommend the fish pie.

Sheila’s place is beautiful, clean and very close to all amenities. Sheila was very helpful and took time to show us the house etc. Sheila is always responsive. The house is nice and the decor was amazing. We cannot thank enough to Sheila for making our stay lovely and comfortable.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to the Inverness area. The home is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and within easy access to services such as a supermarket, gas station, and shopping area. Andrea and Steven were perfect hosts, providing excellent information and quick responses before and during our stay. We highly recommend this excellent property while visiting the area.

One of the best homes I have stayed in. It has a modern kitchen, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a patio and carpeted floors. I loved the appliances. This place is ideal for a family of 7. Craig is a very accommodating host. There were cookies in the kitchen for us to enjoy.

Une merveilleuse petite maison qui nous a permis de relaxer après nos explorations d’Elgin et des environs. On aurait aimé y séjourner plus longtemps! Je recommande vivement!

Tolle Wohnung mit super Ausblick auf den Fjord. Ruhige Lage. Trotzdem war es bis Inverness nicht weit. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und für den ersten Morgen war auch ein Frühstück vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Wow, what a beautiful apartment! We had a wonderful stay. The directions and instructions on checking in were extremely clear. Everything was pristine and high quality, from the decor to the fixtures and fittings and kitchen equipment. I messaged Bruce to ask if he could bring us an ice cube tray for the freezer and he brought us a tray filled with ice cubes plus a welcome gift of a small bottle of whisky, which was a lovely touch! It was great to meet him and he couldn't have been nicer or more friendly and helpful. The garden was lovely and private and we enjoyed our evening drinks on the terrace. It was such a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Our friends and my husband and I really appreciated all the efforts put into creating such high quality accommodation.

Puffin parlour was a wonderful home away from home. Michelle was east to talk to and communicate with and provided many extra useful items within the flat. It was centrally located so was easy for us to walk to many of the local attractions and was also easy to get to train and bus stations. The flat was clean and well tended and big enough that we felt we had plenty of room to cook and relax.

Kevin's apartment was absolutely fabulous. 4 of us (2 couples) were very comfortable there and really pleased with pretty much everything about it!! The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and has brilliant views of Spey Bay and Lossiemouth East Beach. The listing details are very accurate and pretty much anything we needed was available in the apartment. Good restaurants were in easy walking distance and there was ample parking for our cars at the apartment. Kevin was very helpful regarding check in and apartment access and was very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, central, stay on the Moray Coast - and hope to come back again in future!!

Total empfehlenswert! Genialer Standort, weil es sehr ruhig und doch sehr zentral liegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Wunderschöne Dusche. Praktischer Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe.

This was a very cosy base to explore Inverness. Very central but quiet with everything needed for a lovely stay.

Bellissimo appartamento molto pulito e ordinato. Posizione comoda per il centro città, utilissima la vicinanza al supermercato e possibilità di parcheggiare davanti all' appartamento. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi a casa, anche con bambini piccoli (mia figlia ha adorato la vasca da bagno). Stefano è un ottimo host, molto preciso e reattivo nella comunicazione. Soggiornerei nuovamente nel suo appartamento se dovesse capitare l'occasione

The pictures do not do this spot justice. I had no idea how big it was. Large living room, kitchen and bedroom. There was coffee, tea and breakfast items. The lock was a little tricky but eventually figured it out.

The location of this apartment was ideal for walking around Inverness while being on the quieter side of town. We loved waking up and walking to cafes for breakfast, easy pick ups for day trips, and a gorgeous river stroll at night. The amenities and space were comforting, clean and completely charming. I would highly recommend this location for a lovely stay in Inverness.

Much quieter than listing suggests. Don’t be put off by warning of noise, worst it gets is people walking above and washing machine. Lovely place, clean, tranquil with plenty of storage and well equipped

Hazel was the perfect host. She responded swiftly to my questions. My family stayed at this apartment to attend a wedding in Nairn. After the event, there was lots to do. Would recommend staying here.

In all the rentals we’ve stayed in, Catherine’s is one of the best. The attention to detail she has put in, really shows. Everything you need is thought of and provided, plus the little extras. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the views from the garden can’t be beat! Perfectly located for exploring. Without hesitation would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Inverness.

Loved the studio flat, found it very clean and it provided everything I needed for my stay. I also felt the location was perfect, right beside the beachfront. I ate at the Crofters to, food was really good and staff very helpful.

Really enjoyed staying at Dave and Kay's. We had come after a camping trip and it was great to come to their lovely arty flat and be warm and comfortable! Complete privacy and we were able to cook and relax. Dave was very accommodating and let us know that we could arrive slightly earlier as his previous guests had checked out earlier. Really appreciated this as we were very tired. Nice walks nearby and a pretty and artistic town. Dave was very helpful and the place was very nice. I'd stay here again quite happily.

Leanne's place was clean and tidy and located in a great part of town. Leanne was also super helpful with questions and instructions and we appreciated the small touches like the prosecco in the fridge. Would recommend

Very cute apartment that had everything we needed and as a bonus, there is a little grocery/convenience store within walking distance. Alistair was always quick to respond. We stayed here a few nights at the end of our wonderful trip to Scotland, due to its proximity to the airport.
