Holiday rentals with a patio in Najjera

Beautiful place to stay, we had ample space for our son to play. I would highly recommend to whoever wants a peaceful place to live while in Kampala. Everything was as described.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped home in Kampala. The apartment is clean, spacious, and fully furnished with everything needed for a longer stay. A particularly thoughtful touch was the baby crib the hosts arranged for us. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the smart TV with Netflix was perfect for unwinding. We also loved the front veranda—a great spot for morning coffee. A highlight of our stay was the on-site staff—Miriam, Irene, and Jobe—who were friendly, responsive, and kept the space well-maintained. They even helped entertain our daughter, which we really appreciated. The location worked well for us—close to town and Acacia Mall yet in a quieter residential area. The neighbourhood has sidewalks and convenient shops, including a bakery, pharmacy, pizza shop, wine store, and produce vendors. A short walk leads to a modern grocery store and bank ATMs. We’d happily stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment in Uganda for three weeks, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location was excellent—convenient, safe, and situated in a lovely neighborhood. The apartment itself was perfect for two people, well-equipped and very comfortable with nice balcony. A special thank you to Patrick, the owner’s brother, who truly made the stay exceptional. He was always available, incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Anytime I needed something, he was just a phone call away and always happy to help. His attentiveness and friendliness made a big difference in our overall experience. The property felt extremely safe and secure, with surveillance and guards on-site, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience—clean, cozy, and very well-managed. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Our stay at James‘ Airbnb was great. Everything was ready and prepared neatly when we arrived and the check in was easy. I would definitely recommend this place for staying in Kampala for a few days.

The place is private, peaceful and relaxing. Angie is very communicative and always makes you feel at home. The care taker is responsive as well the whole experience is indeed home away from home. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The place is located in a quiet, peaceful area. Contact with the host is really fast. When something broke, the problem was solved very quickly. The interior looks exactly like in the pictures. The air conditioning worked perfectly. We were there for about 3 months and we are very pleased.

We stayed at Katie’s place for a couple weeks and it felt like home away from home as we used to live in this area of Kampala. It was clean and comfortable. The upstairs and downstairs verandahs were both very nice, with a beautiful view of the city from the top one. The co-host Candice was the best Airbnb host ever! She answered all my questions and was super flexible with me when we needed extra help. Sam and Isaak, the guards, were helpful and friendly as well as Sarah who came to clean throughout our stay.

Allan was a great host, making us feel comfortable and right at home. The space was very well designed with impeccable woodwork and very cozy. We had a wonderful stay at Khadija’s oasis of comfort! The accommodation is very easy to reach from the city center and offers direct shopping options, as well as a safe environment. We really enjoyed our time there – the small pool was definitely a highlight! Everything was exactly as described, and Khadija was an excellent host. I had the best experience in ur very pristine home as a clean freak this was worth all my pennies and I will be back very soon in shaa Allah. A very reliable and attentive host. Thank you for having me.

The Building and unit is very modern and clean. It’s great value for someone who wants comfort and value. I would qualify it for 1-2 people, 3 would be a bit cramped. The host is very pleasant and will attempt to resolve any possible issue, that arises. There’s a great Fruit/Veg. Stall on the next corner, where the High School is. Panama Supermarket is about 1KM away. Lugogo Centre and Acacia Mall are 10-15 mins by Uber (10,000 UGX or $2.75 USD) Good Restaurants are also 10-15 mins away Recommendation: Sunday Brunch at Latitude 0 Hotel This is about 30 mins away, and well worth it) (30,000 UGX or $7.50 in Uber)

Veronica’s place was amazing. Truly worth every penny. And she is super responsive and very understanding and accommodating. I’d stay here again the next time I visit the pearl of Africa.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The space was very spacious, spotless, and looked just like the photos. The furniture was very comfortable, the bed made for restful sleep, and the bathroom—with excellent water pressure—was fantastic. Hot water worked perfectly, and the water cooler was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed: pots, pans, utensils, soap, towels, and more. The peaceful neighborhood made it easy to relax, and the first-floor access was super convenient. The host was incredibly gracious, caring, and responsive, always checking in and quick to troubleshoot. The cleaning lady was also on standby, frequently asking how she could help. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place! The space was wonderful, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Mike was a fantastic host—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had a smooth check-in. His support staff was also great, always available if we needed anything.

Sanyu was a fantastic host. very responsive, helpful and thorough. Her place was spotless and just as described in the listing. we had a change of plans that required leaving a day early and Sanyu was very gracious to adjust our stay at no extra cost. very reasonable and kind. Sylvia who cleans 3 times a week was also very respectful and thorough l. I would highly recommend this place. The only thing to watch out for is if you have a rental car, parking is very hard to find and limited. Overall A+ host and location.

Ashley is the host you hardly forget about even after leaving her place -a beautiful human-. She ensured we had a pleasant stay at her place, welcoming us in person, ushering us into the apartment and providing recommendations on activities and restaurants to visit. She was proactive and always available to respond to our queries. The apartment looks same as in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped and this really helped as we prefer to eat home cooked food. Everything was clean and neat. It will definitely be our choice next time we return to Kampala.

This place has the best location in Muyenga. It’s close to the Japanese restaurant Yamasen and Endiro Coffee, making it a convenient choice. The room was exceptionally clean, and with three rooms available, each equipped with its own spotless bathroom and shower, privacy is well maintained. Even if you’re staying alone, you won’t have to share the space with strangers. The apartment is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a washer with a dryer, a refrigerator, and a microwave. For just $50 per night, the quality and amenities provided make this an incredible deal. It’s an especially great option for groups. The only minor downside is that nearby restaurants sometimes play loud music late into the night, and a nearby school has choir sessions early in the morning, which could be slightly noticeable. However, the windows are soundproofed, so closing them helps significantly. Bringing earplugs might be a good idea just in case. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay!
