The stay went very well. Everything is as advertised. The owner is very responsive and the most of this rental is the caretaker of extreme kindness and availability!

It was a good stay at a resonable location. The stay itself was well maintained and caretaker was available to help all the time. It's a good place to visit with small group of friends.

A really great stay with friendly and helpful host family. Location was ideal. In a quiet place yet just near the main road where local markets, restuarants and shops etc are. Just walk a minute and you are there. Apartment spacious and comfortable and everything explained. Just like the picures. But I think mostly you will love the garden terrace upstairs. So beautifully planned and lush vegetation, you will have a park like experience just upstairs. A place to chill and enjoy. Host and family most helpful and still give you privacy. Leaving early morning in the rain and with no autos available,Sugun took me in his car and dropped me off at the metro station. Experience a great stay here.

The place is very private and discrete in its location. If you are looking for someplace to chill by a private pool space , this is just the right spot . Its whole terrace with pool an amenities thats good for a private party, the rooms are basic but good . 2 bedrooms may sleep 6 . Host is very understanding and helpful. The house help is around. Very secure as the lower floor access is controlled via auomated locks and can only be opened from inside. Very safe

The experience was very good. A good farm house surrounded by nature, Felt like home. All the necessary amenities were provided, there was no problem. Overall we had a very good experience.

first of all, this location is great. not very far from city, yet feels like serene village. the property is great to spend time with family. lot of old trees, fruit archards, and wild peacocks. the owners also stay next door, and take care of the property and the guests well. highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Vinay's place . The home was clean comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. check in was smooth and communication was quick and helpful throughout. The location was convenient and quiet perfect for a short stay. would definitely recommend to others

The caretaker, Harish, and his lovely family were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely wonderful people. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. The owner was equally kind and approachable, adding to the overall positive experience. The ambience of the place was simply magical peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and you could feel the love and care put into creating this space. Whether you're looking to relax, connect with nature, or just escape the noise of daily life, this is the perfect place. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’m already dreaming of my next visit....

Veena’s place was an absolute delight to stay at! Loved how peaceful and secluded it was, and the place was away from the hustle of the city.

Easy accessible, Jay was kind enough to give clear instructions and make our check in easy. Local food restaurant is available with Door delivery facility which is really Yummy. Place is clean and cozy, good for 3-4 people. The boss music system not working properly but otherwise we all friends were pretty happy with projection. The balcony was fantastic to sit, chill out and make long conversations with ur loved ones.

We absolutely loved the place! The place had everything we needed from utensils to a cozy pool. Eateries and other essentials are a 10-15 mins drive and easily accessible. Sridevi was very responsive and our caretaker, Renuka aunty, was also very helpful and kind. It's a beautiful home and I would definitely recommend it for weekend getaway.

A beautiful escape from the noise and rush of the city — yet conveniently close when you need it. The farm is peaceful, green, and soul-soothing, with plenty of space to unwind and reconnect with nature. Ajay took care of all our needs with such warmth and attention, and the food was genuinely delicious — simple, homely, and nourishing. A special mention to Shailaja ma'am, who has curated and organized the space so thoughtfully. You can feel the love and care in every corner of the property. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway without going too far from the city!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, with plenty of open space and beautiful greenery all around—perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The restaurant was great and menu had lots of options. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus—our pet loved exploring the area just as much as we did. Stanley was very helpful during the check-in process and quickly answered all our queries. Vishal was always present and ready to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful and welcoming getaway!

Amulya was a really gracious host. It is rare to find a homey yet aesthetic place like this one. We live just around the corner and this is a quiet residential neighbourhood in old Bangalore where it’s impossible to find hotels or guest houses for visiting family members. So we were glad to find such a lovely peaceful home to rest in. Thanks and blessings.

It was exactly what was mentioned in the description and we had a wonderful time. The stay was pleasant, calm and composed and Mahima was super responsive, proving all the details well before hand and we had such clear instructions for everything. The stay is well-maintained and has lots or cozy corners to enjoy. Lakshmanan, the caretaker was super helpful. Would definitely love to visit again sometime!

a calm , beautiful place away from noise pollution surrounded by lush green trees .U can play outdoor games like cricket badminton .long walks across the palm trees are so calm and peaceful .Finally a great place to stay with your family away from city life.

The house is beautiful and surrounded by Nandi Hills. The ground floor has a nice large living area with a great kitchen. The first floor had so many beds and balconies to chill out. The rooftop is the highlight, had a nice bench with a great 360 view of the stars and the hills. The house had enough privacy but was not completely isolated too. My friends and I had such a peaceful and fun stay. Thanks for hosting us Nirmal :)

Our family of 4 + 2 dogs spent a night and we had a great experience. The house was beautiful and well equipped (the pictures don’t do justice to the place), had pretty good bathrooms, with fantastic surroundings, lots of open space, lots of inside and outside seating (the wooden platform with the comfortable chairs was especially nice) and had good privacy as the caretaker’s outhouse is down the lane. The approach roads were pretty good (we came here in a low ground clearance sedan) and the WiFi, while not terribly fast, did the job adequately. Shikha was proactive in reaching out and quite responsive when we had questions. The caretaker family was reasonably friendly and took care of everything we needed politely and provided some pretty good homely food. We all had a peaceful, calming and really enjoyable family time. The dogs especially enjoyed exploring the property, the walks in the open spaces around and getting to meet ‘Bhoora’, the caretakers’ dog. We’d love to come back!

This is absolute gem. We came for one day, but enjoyed a lot. To start with - Check in was smoothly, care taker called us in advance and kept things ready. He is super helpful- also helped us with BBQ and Bonfire. There is meal partner who can prepare and deliever meal from their wide menu option to cottage. Though we didn't like the taste for dinner or snacks, however breakfast was good. would suggest to check other options outside too. swiggy and Zomato are also available here. overall the place is really amazing and you can easily enjoy here with family and friends. will defo consider this on our next visit.
