This property is an excellent choice for those seeking a beachfront location. It is literally just steps away from the sandy shores. The home is situated in a charming coastal area with a select few, but high-quality, restaurants nearby. This makes it an ideal spot for those who want to be in close proximity to the beach without being overwhelmed by crowds or commercialization. The tranquil setting allows you to fully immerse yourself in the relaxing seaside atmosphere.

We loved our stay here, the location was great, private and secluded but within walking distance to the town, with many restaurants, pubs to choose from. There is lots to do in the area and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The place was very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings, listening to the birds,admiring the beautiful trees and enjoying a glass of wine.

Lovely apartment located ideally in walking distance from the main City Centre. All as described and Angela was very communicative. Great little spot for a one night stay for our anniversary as we were going to the Grand Theatre. Would use again if need somewhere to stay again in Swansea for a show.

We spent just one night at Kay’s lovely apartment. She responded quickly to any questions , very clean, comfy bed and lovely decking over a very pretty stream.

Our stay was beautiful! The apartment was stunning, the pictures don’t do this interior justice. It was clean, warm and we had the best night sleep! There were so many lovely little editions for our kids too including colouring books, board games and beach toys. The local area was quiet but with the beach, a playground and restaurant on our door step, our first day meant we had everything we needed whilst we navigated the local area. The welcome book was really thorough as well! The pages on things to do was really helpful and we ended up going to dinosaur park for the day- a great choice! We would definitely recommend this apartment and location!

Lovely studio in stunning surroundings. Our co-hosts Roz and Mila, the cat, were both wonderful. While Roz was very proactive and provided great directions, Mila received us with typically haughty cattitude in her chair in the sunroom and quickly tried to get us to feed her. Can definitely recommend Roz's facility.

The apartment was beautiful everything you could possibly need plus more. The location was perfect right opposite the sea +++++

Me and my Girlfriend Gabbi had the most perfect time at the farm cottage. It was so peaceful spending nights under the stars in the log burner hot tub and the private outdoor sauna by the river, even better than the photos!! Everything felt very private and by the end it felt like our own little cottage, we did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this enough it was just wonderful, the absolute perfect little getaway for a couple. Thanks so much Paul, we truly loved it.

Amazing accommodation in a fantastic location, with parking!! Owners onsite and very welcolming and helpful. Sleeps 6 comfortably with lots of space. Clean throughout. Very comfy pillows!! Would def stay again and recommend. Take a pen to write in their lovely visitors book!!

Centrally located to easily explore anywhere from north of Aberystwyth to south of Cardigan. High quality accommodation and a generous size for 2 people. The attention to detail and the personal touches make it stand out. Good eating options within walking distance and plenty in the nearby and vibrant village of Aberaeron.

Had the best experience staying at the Coach House! Clare and Ed were great hosts, and me and my partner knew if we had any issues or questions we could ask! Though we had neither as C & E had given some fabulous food, shops and walking recommendations, which were so helpful as we weren't from anywhere around the area. So despite being 'out in the sticks' a little, we were never short on things to do (though the hot tub and provided fizz also helped with that)! All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we could not recommend the house and Clare and Ed enough!

We had an amazing stay at this incredible property! The place was super clean and very spacious, with the added bonus of 3 toilets - a lifesaver for our group! The hot tub was absolutely amazing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Our host was super responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The extras provided were fantastic, and the fresh eggs she left for us were a lovely touch. We also appreciated the convenient washing machine and dryer, which worked perfectly. Everything was absolutely perfect. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Five stars!

Really really loved our stay here! Such a beautiful place, with stunning views! Place was equipped with everything and more, we felt so cosy as soon as we arrived. Lovely picnic bench where we spent most of our time enjoying the views and the friendly cat was an added bonus. Thank you so much for a gorgeous stay and would definitely come back!

what a wonderful week! very comfortable and relaxing either indoors or on the patio lovely garden and orchard. perfect for our large dog to run around. such friendly and helpful hosts lots of recommendations for exactly what we wanted! beautiful woodland walks in the midst of the forest of dean. thank you so much. highly recommended (check out Mallards pike :-) ) - we will book again!

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it just as much as before. Such a perfect location. A beautiful cottage with everything we needed. Chris is brilliant. We will definitely be back.

We only needed to stay one night here, but would have been very happy to stay longer! Nicky was very proactive in getting in touch, and the instructions were super easy to follow. The apartment was great and had everything we needed, as well as being a short drive from lots of places. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were extremely happy with the accommodation clean and well presented. Geoffrey’s response was very quick as we had a little blip with the Wifi. It was up and running before I had unpacked within the hour. communication with him was brilliant thanks Geoff. We will be seeing you again soon.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

Chris was an incredibly kind and welcoming host! The home had beautiful views of the mountains with space to walk by the river and picnic right on the doorstep. We managed to see a lot of snowdonia while staying, as well as many birds and cats in the garden. The space was very clean and we really appreciated the eco friendly and sustainable ways Chris and Julie have set it up. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone else wanting to be immersed in peace and nature!

An absolutely stunning place to stay! Right in the middle of the South Wales countryside, beautiful views all around. The apartment is well set out and very clean. When first greeted, Mags is courteous and very kind, along with her two bundles of fluffy joy, it makes it a very welcoming experience. Had an absolutely incredible stay at Heidi's property and would be sat here writing this review forever if I was to list all of the amazing things that made this property one of the best I have ever stayed in. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted with a folder that had recommendations and information about the local area, such a small gesture goes a long way in making guests feel at home straight away. The view from nearly every window in the property is the best view I have seen in a long time and myself and the other guests had to stop ourselves from sitting Infront of the window all day otherwise we would never have gone out. The property was spotless, spacious and had everything you could ever need. It made such a good base to explore the local area as it was only a 5/10 minute walk from the harbour/main beach. Thanks for an incredible stay Heidi, we've all made memories to last a lifetime.

Pamela and Paul are lovely hosts and the space they’ve created is such a lovely place to go and relax. My friend and I both said how at home we felt from the second we walked in til we left. It’s very private and peaceful and there’s lovely little parts of it you can walk to and just sit quietly. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully not to far in the future!

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.
