House was impeccably clean, with bathrooms and kitchen welcoming. The kitchen had everything one could need to cook and comfortably prepare meals. Overall, an excellent house - strongly recommended!

The house is great for a group trip. It's roomy, charming, and in the perfect location if you want to walk to downtown Edgartown or use the local buses to navigate the island. The large back deck and outdoor shower were huge pluses! Nishi was kind, communicative, and offered flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which helped our travel plans run smoothly.

I have been coming to MV since I was a kid and this place is just awesome- might be my favorite stay on the island! From the location to the amount of space the rental has to offer it’s just top notch. This is our second time staying at Todd’s house and we can’t wait to come back for a 3rd visit! House is tidy, no clutter and has all the essentials one would need. About a 10 min drive to south beach where we spent most of our vacation. The restaurant/bar and shopping scene is true perfection. Thanks for hosting us for year 2, Todd!

All I can really say is… wow!! From the moment we arrived, Liza was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and welcoming. And upon arrival, we recognized how truly special her home is; with so much character and charm! It’s very private and felt incredibly safe. The home seems nestled into Martha's Vineyard itself and the back led out to a private green space, dock, and beach with blooming bushes next to the path. This was such a rare find. It was so magical, we spent an afternoon painting watercolors of the view of the boats on the water that you can see from the living room. With six girls staying for a bachelorette weekend, we had an abundance of room. It is more spacious than the photos capture. Situated in a prime location near Edgartown. And every piece of decor, plate, bowl, cup felt vintage, special, unique. This place has authentic charm. Bottom line: Our stay was incredible. We all can’t wait to come back again!

If you’re visiting Nantucket staying at Connor’s is a must do. Very charming and super close to the beach. Quite neighborhood which is a great escape from how busy downtown can be. Nothing beats listening to the waves as you fall asleep instead of a sound machine.

Charle's was an amazing host! His home was beautiful, well-maintained, and had clear instructions for everything. It was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. He was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Absolutely incredible and relaxing stay. Waking up to hearing and seeing the water from our bedroom was a highlight of the trip. The house is very charming with everything you'd hope from a beach side property. Renting a car to get into town was a must, but this is well worth it for having a private beach house with a scenic walkable road. I'd absolutely recommend anyone who's looking for a relaxing stay to consider this property.

Perfect place to spend a long weekend as an extended family! Something for everyone, beaches, walking, and hunting. Hosts could not be more accommodating. Can’t wait to come back.

This was our first visit to Nantucket, and Robert‘s property was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It was my husband and I and our three adult children, and we had plenty of room and everything that we needed, and more! We rented bikes and biked everywhere. It was also an easy walk into town as well. Thank you Robert for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful cottage and location! We had an amazing weekend and the house was immaculate. Vito and Kerry were super responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay on Chappy!

Thank you Nicola for sharing your lovely property with us. Your home was just perfect for our family of 5 (including 3 college aged kids). Super clean, beautifully decorated, conveniently located and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. When, during the car ride back to NY, we shared our favorite memories of the week, we all agreed that our moments in the game barn took the prize. And considering the many fun things we did during our MV stay, that is quite a compliment! Looking forward to returning again soon!

We have stayed at a number of cottages over the years and this was the best. It was clean and very comfortable....each bedroom had an air conditioner and there were two in the main living area. The front door keyless lock was also convenient. We had everything we needed and the home is in a great location...very close to Circuit Avenue and the beach. It is also around the corner from a wonderful playground that included basketball courts that my grandsons loved! The front porch was wonderful for early morning coffee and late in the day people watching. Belen responded quickly to a couple of questions we had and was always friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful week with our family! Thank you!

Wonderful home in a wonderful location. The home is very comfortable. spacious, and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed all the outside space as well- the front porch, yard, and back deck. Caroline was fast and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

It was a beautiful and peaceful place to land after our wedding! We are grateful for the time and would love to come back some day. Sharon, Deb and Rhianna are the most wonderful hosts, very helpful and kind. We will always have lovely memories from here!!

My fiancé and I stayed here for an extended weekend and this was THE BEST air bnb we have ever stayed in. The home is beautiful! It’s private enough where it is quiet and peaceful, but also a quick walk to 167 raw (best lobster roll!). It’s about a 8 minute drive to the center of town, which is so convenient. They have a beautiful large back yard which was lovely to have. The house was so clean, spacious and the electric fire place provided a great cozy vibe. Everything was so clean, the hosts responded immediately and was so kind and friendly. I would love to stay here again!

Alan was a fantastic host. The house felt much bigger than the pictures and smelled clean when we arrived. The pool was also great for our kids. We slept comfortably and it was a great quiet neighborhood to go for walks. Also, very close to south beach and easy to get into Edgartown. Would highly recommend!
