This cute little home is situated just 1 km from the Hawkes Bay Airport and just 7 mins drive to the Napier CBD, Cafes and Bars very close by, all surrounded by the Inner Harbour. Great cycle ways just 100m away and lovely peaceful walkways around the Pandora Pond close by too. Whilst not your flashiest Air BNB you will stay in, this is a very comfortable home, recently painted internally with a great BBQ area and wood fired pizza oven.

Its snug, and small, but has everything you need plus your own private courtyard.Please take time to look at the photos to avoid disappointment re the size of the studio. A private carport and just a 10 minute walk to the city. Netflix and You tube are available for your down time after a days sightseeing. Private and cosy, with a kiwiana ambiance. We are also a very short stroll to the lovely crab farm winery. Plus snapper park camp ground is a short walk which offers eat in or take away meals.
