Super pleased, many things at hand

New, beautiful and tidy place, great location, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Everything is very clean and tidy, the location is excellent, close to all of 70, the host responds almost immediately. I recommend it.

This was a beautiful one-bedroom apartment—spotlessly clean with great amenities. I especially loved the decor, and the in-unit washing machine was a nice bonus. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet side street, offering peace and privacy while still being extremely walkable. It’s conveniently located near Parque Belén, the metro, and a shopping mall. A great find for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet getaway.

We really liked the place, quite quiet, although it is so close to Av. 70 that it is recognized for its high night movement, no noise was heard that broke in the rest

This is my second time staying in this apartment and I was not disappointed. The check in was easy and Ana responded to my concerns in a very timely manner. The apartment is conveniently located to all of the things I need: supermarket, drug store, eateries, the metro station, and a stadium where I ran every morning. The only problem I had was that the house next was under renovation, so there were lots of noise coming through the back wall. That made it difficult for me to rest during the day.

I usually never review the homes where I live during my travels, but this time, I want to say that Erika's apartment was exactly as described, very cozy and in an area with various recreational activities. But what I want to say is Erika's kindness, attention, and honesty. A very sweet and polite person, ready to always meet any need of its guests. Thank you and see you next time. Highly recommended.

I'm going to write this review as detailed as possible. Andreas was A+ professional. He sent me a taxi to the airport. He checked on me each day. The place looked exactly like the photos but better. The steam room is perfect. I used it every morning. There is also a hot tube. The showers are perfect. wifi was perfect. He has an assistant or partner by the name of Camila. She was also very helpful. She checked on me each day. Made sure I had a taxi to the airport. Very professional. The biggest issue I had was the loud guy on the 3rd floor. This is out of their hands. Instead of making excuses Andreas called the guy and made them stop. The point I am making is they made a great effort for me. I have lived in 20 countries. I have delt with all people. They are very professional. The apartment is perfect. I could not has asked for a better situation. I recommend this place to any visitor. 5 star all the way

Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

When I look for somewhere to stay, the most important things are cleanliness, safety, and location. The apartment was clean, and had a locked door, and a guard during the day. Which prevented unauthorized entry. It was also in a nice area close to entertainment and places to eat.I would definitely stay again the next time I visit the country.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment is as shown in the photos (or even better!): clean, cozy, with charming decor and all the details well thought out. The location is excellent, close to everything you need but in a quiet area, ideal for resting. The host was very kind and attentive, always available to answer my questions and give me local recommendations that really made a difference in my stay. You can tell that he cares about offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. It even has gym elements... I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended

Excellent place for travelers

We love Miguel’s 7th floor apartment. Very centrally located, easy to walk to so many great restaurants, Jumbo grocery store, Metro Estadio, barbershops, pharmacies etc. etc.. The apartment is high enough that you don’t hear the morning traffic or any of the street vendors pushing their carts. Very peaceful and serene while in the apartment. We felt very safe, it is a peaceful neighborhood and we have never had any problems staying there. He is very responsive to any questions that we have and very helpful with local knowledge. We love this apartment and will stay here again. Five star experience for sure!

Andres was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We were very satisfied with our accommodations. We recommend this apartment for the central location to restaurants, public transportation and comfort. No safety issues- the apartment and building entrance are properly secured.

I found christians place to be perfect for my stay in Medellin. It was quiet, in a very small building and surrounded by great amenities and easy accesa to public transportation. On arrival there was a lambrusco bottle, which was greatly appreciated. I would repeat.

Host is extremely fast to respond… when checked in someone named Camilo was assigned and was always asking about our stay and made us feel like home… Cleaning lady provided for additional fee was PHENOMENAL..!! And the building was spotless.. Great and quiet location and everything on the property was new and in outstanding condition..!! Hope every host would be like this..

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and well thought out. The hosts are also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience! 10/10!

Charles and his team were amazing! Super responsive and any questions we had they were quick to answer. The view was beautiful and the hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch. The building felt very safe and the staff were really nice. We enjoyed the gym and the restaurant on site. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend for anyone to stay!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Beautiful, front desk was incredibly helpful, if you’re willing to walk uphill after eating it’s the perfect location as well

Sandra’s place is awesome ,, very safe and the whole stuff is always looking for the safety of all the guest in the building ,,, Energy building definitely is my first choice from now on ,,, place where you stay comfortably as longest that you comply with the rules and common decency of the place without being restricted, really felt like home
