The Garden Villa Kujukuri You can rent the entire 200 m² resort villa near the sea. With a maximum capacity of 15 people and pets allowed, you can enjoy it with multiple families, groups of friends, and your favorite pets. It is conveniently located 90 minutes by car from Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot to the beach (Shirako Coast), and 1 minute on foot to a convenience store, making it popular with families with children. Outdoors, you can enjoy a barrel sauna and open-air bath (water bath available) while looking out at the palm trees and large garden. There is also a covered BBQ space and a fire pit on the wood deck. In addition, the entire yard is surrounded by a fence, so it is a private dog run. Indoors, there is a ping pong table in the playroom and board/card games in the living room. You can watch Netflix on the large TV in the living room. The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor are popular for cooking and dining for large groups, and are close to the BBQ space and easy to use. This private house with an open-air bath is an 11-minute walk from Asakusa Station and can accommodate up to two people. There is a living room on the first floor, a king size bedroom on the second floor, and a hinoki cypress open-air bath on the terrace directly connected to it. Shibuya, Ginza, Ueno and Akihabara are also easily accessible by subway, making it a convenient base for sightseeing in Tokyo. There are supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, stylish cafes, and variety stores nearby. There is also a LUUP port, so you can also freely stroll around on an electric kickboard. This Mimihaus Makuhari is located in a very convenient location, 1 minute from Keisei Makuhari Station and 4 minutes from JR Makuhari Station, between Narita and Tokyo. It is also about a 5-minute taxi ride from Kaihinmakuhari Station, where the limousine bus from Narita Airport arrives. There is also a large supermarket, Ito-Yokado, and Japan's largest shopping mall, Makuhari Seaside Park, which has a Japanese garden, making it very convenient to get to Makuhari Messe and Tokyo Disneyland. We also have two bicycles available for guests to use for strolling around Makuhari. Feel free to use them during your stay. (Please be sure to lock them to prevent theft) In addition, the room has a queen bed and a "kotatsu" (a low table in the summer), which is unique to Japan, where you can sit comfortably on the low sofa and watch TV or eat. It can accommodate up to 3 people because you can pull out the futon and sleep next to the kotatsu. (Please note that it will be quite cramped if you have a lot of luggage) You can enjoy a comfortable stay while experiencing a Japanese kotatsu (a tatami mat room heater, or a chabudai in the summer).

This house is a wooden house located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 6 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Asakusa Station. The entire house is rented out, so it is perfect for families, friends, and couples. It is fully equipped with a net and a color printer, and receipts can be issued, so it is perfect for business, sleepovers, girls' nights out, and cooking parties. I think it would be helpful for those considering reform, as we renovated a 70-year-old house and installed the latest equipment. 1st floor 37 ㎡ 2nd floor 37 ㎡ 2 bedrooms (10 tatami each) I manage several houses in the area, so please let me know your budget and number of guests if you are a group.

For 3 or more persons, futon bedding will be provided.
