Only 3km from the Camden township and not far from Mount Annan Botanic gardens or the Thirlmere rail Museum . Nice and quiet for a long stay or as a base for work. If your lucky you might see a Kangaroo or even a deer outside the kitchen window. Smoking is allowed only outside. Pets are allowed but please see details.

Spacious house in a quiet street. Suited to a visiting family with open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean. Spare linen. Fast internet, security system, keyless entry, chrome-cast, stereo, games, backyard. No carpet, hypoallergenic. If more that 6 people are staying up to a maximum of 10. We will include the granny flat for an addition fee. Please let me know if the this is required beforehand as we need to have it included in the cleaning process for the booking.

Our cozy, rustic, private room with separate shower is ideal for a weekend getaway, or staying a night after a social function. The room is entirely separate from the main house with your own access. The bathroom is separate from the room as can be seen in photo 5. Located outside Camden with a 15 min walk into the town, 50 minutes from Sydney and 10 mins from the Hume Highway. Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.

My husband & I stayed at Karen’s Airbnb with our little toy poodle for 5 nights. Location was perfect for where we needed. Close to restaurants, shops etc. Our stay was very comfortable. We had the loveliest stay away here. Was a very lovely cozy clean home away from home and we both had the biggest sleep in!!! The kitchen was well fitted out with all utensil needs and pantry stocked with the basic essentials which was very much appreciated. The outdoor space looking over the garden was lovely stop to have a cupper and soaked up some warm winter sun. Deanne was a fabulous friendly host. Super responsive and was spot on with local recommendations. Would stay definitely again. Thanks for having us.
