Waterfront holiday rentals in Narragansett

There is one word to describe Nichole's condo - DELIGHTFUL! We were in Newport for a family wedding with an infant. We loved that we were so close to the venue on the wharf but out of the crowded streets of downtown Newport. Nichole effectively communicated that there was work being done on the balcony well in advance of our arrival and allowed us a very flexible check-in time which was so helpful traveling with a 7 month old baby. Due to inclement weather, workman came the day after our arrival. Nichole immediately communicated this to us and offered to drop off a bottle of wine. It didn't really impact our stay as we were out and about with different wedding activities. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Air BnB!

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

We had a fabulous time!! Loved having coffee in the morning on the front porch and reading there in the afternoon. Location was EXCELLENT!!! We were a block away from the Seaport museum and easy walk to downtown. We walked to Li’s for yummy breakfast items and enjoyed the local eateries all within walking distance. Neighbors were friendly and felt very welcome. We had the windows open for a cool breeze and fresh air. It was so delightful. We ate out and did not cook …other than great coffees and teas but the kitchen was well stocked. Also appreciated the shampoo and soap. We will come back to this beautiful town. Thank you

Jay was an excellent host for my four-day stay. The location, cleanliness, parking convenience, and homey feeling all five star for the value. Liked Best: Very quiet, clean, lots of space, feather bed resulted in good deep sleep. Next time: I will know where the AC remote is without having to bother Jay. blessings and thanks, Doug / Dallas

Paul and Monica were wonderful hosts: responsible, kind and helpful. I’d recommend their place in a heartbeat! It was so comfy, from the shower to the bed and pillows. We also really appreciated the fruit and beverages! Thanks so much!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

The place is very nice, I would of booked it for a few more days if it hadn’t been for the schedule.

Melissa was great. You can easily sleep 5. Walking distance to great seafood restaurant (1 block). Walking distance to casual restaurant/bar. (2 blocks). Parking was not an issue. If you like boats, Bristol Harbor is steps from the house. Great experience!!!

Kerrie and Mark were perfect hosts. Gorgeous location, walk to beach and house was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The dock was fun for the kids. Pond is very shallow and our young kids had a blast kayaking and paddle boarding. We can’t wait to book again next year.

I have stayed at lots of places in the last few years . . . and this place ranks right at the top. It is beyond beautiful. The water views from the living room and both bedrooms made it hard to leave and come home. It's actually even more amazing than the pictures. Don't think twice! Book this place now!

AMAZING! Comfortable stay for our group. House was in pristine condition! Host remained in communication the whole time making sure check in process went in smoothly. Definitely worth the stay!

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

John was very responsive and cooperative. The location of John’s home is in a serene and amazing location; on a quiet cove that at overlooks Narragansett Bay.

We had an amazing stay at Kath's home in Middletown. Others have said -- this location is unbeatable! being right on the ocean with the sound of the waves and the views of the Cliff walk --- fantastic. The house is close to everything in newport (minutes) as well as all the beaches and also is incredibly comfortable and well equipped with anything you could want; Kath as a host was totally available for any questions we had. She produced beach chairs like magic and encouraged us to ask for what we needed at anytime. It is a privilege to be able to share some of the magic of this location. If we are able we will definitely return.

Mehdi is an attentive and courteous host and this was such a cute apartment! There are thoughtfully curated touches in all rooms, but the rooftop deck was our favorite for morning tea and evening cocktails.!

We booked Chris's place for a long weekend birthday celebration (mom's 75th!) and it was super relaxing and very appreciated by all in attendance. The views were beautiful and the mile walk to the beach was lovely. We packed in a lot of food to cook most meals and even brought in some equipment (outdoor griddle) and small-wares (containers, knives, etc) to supplement the basics often found at rentals. The wind can be notable during the day but calm in the mornings and evening. A lovely back patio to lounge on with a gas fireplace and abundant Adirondack loungers. Check out was easy and seamless. Would definitely go back.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had staying at Barton's and Suzanne's place. First, Barron responds quickly and goes above and beyond to assure your stay is pleasant, easy and that you're well informed on local sweet spots and activities. He was a pleasure to talk to, as always. When you arrive, you'll first smile at the curated way it is beautifully furnished with every comfort in mind. But, then you'll start to notice the special touches left to make you feel well taken care of. There was a basket of snacks, and water and soda in the refrigerator with a kind note saying to please help your self. Such a special appreciated touch to the make you feel welcome. The location is a few doors down from the Thames St. and easily walkable to Bowen's Wharf and many attractions. I had a wonderful t experience at Barton's place and plan to have the be my only choice for Newport. Enjoy, Kathy

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

This Airbnb in Newport is the best I could've hoped for; the views are amazing! I'd totally stay here again in a heartbeat if I ever visit RI.

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

This is a very nice location, next to the bridge and peaceful. It would be helpful to know in advance that the checkin front desk is at 150 Conanicus Ave, Jamestown, RI. Although the drive to there is short and pleasant through the beautiful neighborhoods. We actually enjoyed dinner at the same location JB’s on the Water. Rooms are spacious and clean. If you like cook, make sure bring spices and cooking oil, there is cookware. Though the bridge toll is $4 one way to Newport, it is still a good deal.

We had an amazing stay at Hamilton’s Place in Newport, Rhode Island! The location is perfect—right in the heart of town, with great restaurants like The Newport Lobster Shack just a short walk away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and the convenient parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and there was a convenient elevator that allowed us easy access into our room. Our room had a stunning harbor view, and we enjoyed watching the boats and seagulls with our son. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, we had a wonderful family getaway and would highly recommend it. Five stars!

We had a great six nights here. The space is super cool, well appointed with comfty beds and super soft towels, and was squeeky clean! We enjoyed the roof deck, the views to the waterfront, and the fireplace--and had an exceptional meal at Cork, too! Our stay was a combination of a work trip plus time to explore New Bedford and the SouthCoast and the location was great for both. Having a dedicated parking space was great, too. We would happily return.
