There are good conditions for sea fishing, ice climbing, and mountain tours and observation of the northern lights. Little light pollution. In winter there is a ski slope right by the cabin and many mountain peaks for randone that are within reach. Possibility to rent a boat for fishing from Senja Arctic Lodge or Senja Fjordhotell (must be booked separately).

Possibilities for ship boarding and electric car charging by appointment Holmer-kollen is an excellent starting point for walks and excursions all year long. Det Gode Sted ligger ca. 400 moh., 40 minutter gange fra parkeringsplass med en fantastisk utsikt over fjord og fjell.
