Nice clean rooms, quick responsive staff. well maintained amenities. This is the place if you are exploring a peaceful leisure experience. The only issue is of food, you might have to carry some food before you check-in or carry raw material atleast. Property has a good kitchen facility with all required utensils. outside veiw is awaysome as described. overall great value for money.

Very contemporary and lovely property. A great place to unwind. Wilderness around the property is mersmerising and matches with pics on the site. We loved the garden, the chirping of birds and great food and service by Bhimraj ji and her wife who were great hosts as caretakers of the property and could deliver tasty food as per our customised requirements. Their chicken sukha is a wouth trying mouth watering recipe. THE JACUZZI is a great addition to the property, ICING ON THE CAKE. My daughter enjoyed it to the core. Suitably located to visit Sula, nashik, shirdi, trimbakeshwar as day visits. We look forward to visit the place again soon. P.S:- The dogs Tuffy and Tissue are amazing company.

The villa is very tastefully done and every moment spent there was a pleasure. We had deliberated for a long time while deciding the place and the experience exceeded all our expectations. Each of us will vividly remember the hospitality, the arrangement and the food for a long time to come. In fact, none of us will forget the Karaoke night.

It was a peaceful, beautiful and a warm hospitable place for a family to live. Green - very well maintained, beautiful views of sunset and sunrise. Walk to the lake was a nice one and a boat ride was a bonus in the morning. Sula, York Soma are also closely. Govind the caretaker is reliable and very helpful making it very comfortable. . Food was very good and localized to our needs. Being the hot summer months, we felt the living room a little too hot without cooler or AC. The 3 bedrooms had AC has good AC. But we cannot be with the other members of the family if we reside in the bedrooms, which is the purpose of such reunion family trips. Quantity of food was more than we could eat and priced a little on the higher side for what we consumed. The cheese and soap varieties were definitely an added attraction and we liked the artisanal cheese connection and also purchased some for ourselves. We will recommend and also come again during winters maybe. Thank you.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The housekeeping services were excellent, keeping everything clean and well-maintained. A special mention to the housekeeper’s cooking—the food was delicious and added a homely touch to our stay. Also, a big thanks to the caretaker for helping us fix our punctured tyre, which was truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely love to come back!

We were a family of 10 who stayed together for the first time at this beautiful location. Everyone had their own privacy and space.The house and restrooms are nicely designed. Open air all the day round. There is in-house Chef whose food was the highlight of our trip. We had some Amazing hospitality and attentive staff. We never had such pampering experience in any other AirBnB’s we stayed so far. Swimming pool was clean as we are picky about it. Highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place. We were with couple of families having small children of three years. A great place to be very good swimming pool. Mausi was there to take care of our food and needs. Umesh was always a call away. Will love to go back to this place again soon

only negative point is while booking it is written that there is shared pool. But once you reach there the pool is inside a club house and to access the club house pool you have to pay 200rs each person. Otherwise the property and location is awesome.

It was Spacious Villa with amazing View But Road to the Villa was a difficult terrain due to rains
