Holiday rentals with beach access in Natal

The views were breathtaking, worth every penny.

The apartment is very spacious, organized, well-equipped and is a short walk away from the beach. During my stay, there was a small maintenance in the building, of which the host warned me in advance to let me know, showing attention and cordiality. Voltaria more often for sure. The stay was excellent! The site is very well located, which made our tours a lot easier. The space was exactly like in the pictures: super cozy, clean and well-organized. Whenever I needed something, the host responded promptly, with lots of sympathy and disposition. I would definitely recommend staying again!

Beautiful place and super close to the beach. We will definitely return! The only problem we had was a leak because it rained basically all day. Other than that, the stay was perfect. The balcony is sensational!

We love the apt of Eduardo, organized, clean, cookware ... plus the largest attraction is the balcony with a spectacular view with right to Morro do Careca and Praia de Ponta Negra, with external chairs and showers. Eduardo and Flat staff were super polite and attentive. I recommend it!

Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

The apartment is excellent! We love our time staying in Carmem's apartment a lot. The location is perfect, close to everything, we just walk. In addition, Carmem was so careful that it even left some pampering for us like beer and cold ones. The view is incredible, comfortable bed, well-equipped with towels, beach towels, among other amenities. Whenever we need something, Carmem responded promptly. If we return to Natal we will stay there again if we have the opportunity.

I loved the stay, the place is exactly as in the photos and even better, super cozy. My husband had surgery and we took the apartment to be close to the physiotherapy… it was 30 wonderful days in the apartment. They had many good quality household utensils, the highlights are the sheets and towels, we love it because we don't need to take anything from home or buy anything at all. Yes, I found the place to be very safe, quiet, clean and the concierge was excellent. The hostess's service was also excellent❤️

Excellent apartment, with everything you need to have a good stay. Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!
