The space was super clean, well taken care of, and the beach is close, which made the experience even more special. All very simple, cozy and in very good taste. The apartment is comfortable and well worth the cost. It is really on the beach, with a privileged location. It is located near bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, etc. Day and night, the location is quiet. They can rent without fear.

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

Staying at Roberta's apartment was wonderful! From the beginning, she was super attentive and helpful, always responding quickly and worried about making everything perfect for my arrival. It is very good when we feel that we are being well received for real. The apartment is great, very well equipped, comfortable and exactly like in the pictures. Ah and one thing I found super practical was the laundry of the condo, broke a huge branch. I wore it during the stay and the clothes look great, really clean. It was an amazing experience, I felt at home Without a doubt, I highly recommend Roberta hosting and I'm already thinking about coming back.

Great location. Facing the beach of Ponta Negra and close to the main avenue that has the restaurants, very safe and with constant policing. The hotel has an amazing view. Comfortable bed, all the equipment working perfectly and the staff of the Hotel are helpful, the room was in great condition. It was clean and carried out cleaning in the first days, in the end they left two days without cleaning, the receptionist said that the chamberlain was ill and cannot work, but this did not hinder the stay. Cristian was requested throughout the period. I loved Natal, I'll be staying onsite again if possible!

An excellent condominium in the middle of a beautiful garden, with an excellent pool for both adults and children. View of MORRO DO CARECA and the BEACH. Helpful and friendly employees like FRANCISCO at the RECEPTION/LOBBY and WILSON, both CORTEZ. The Co-HOST André is always helpful and agile in negotiations. Both MICHEL and MATHEUS, also GUESTS, share the POSITIVE Observations I mentioned.

The stay was very good, we found the place as it was announced, it was easy to check in and check out. The condominium is also very well cared for.
