It is located in a condominium of chalets 850m from the beach and the shopping center of Juquehy. It has 01 suite on the upper floor and 01 suite on the lower floor in which the bathroom has a door to the bedroom and to the living room. In the living room there is a double sofa bed and a mezzanine with double mattress.

The chalet is in an intimate condominium with only 6 units, with a swimming pool for collective use. Our space is cozy and spacious, featuring 1 en-suite with balcony, 1 bedroom with exit to a backyard, guest bathroom, and kitchen integrated with the living room. The room is well lit due to glass doors that give access to the cottage's private backyard, which has a barbecue and garden. Distance of 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has 200MB fiber internet.

Walk 50 seconds and you're at the beach. From the chalet, you can hear the sound of the sea! Fortaleza Beach is located in the south of Ubatuba and is surrounded by nature. The sea is calm (ideal for children) and in the corner of the beach there is a natural pool where you can interact with small fish. The chalet is ground floor and perfect for couples, families and the elderly. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.
