Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

From the balcony of the house, you can see the Atlantic and the garden, with beautiful flowers and trees typical of the Atlantic Forest. Because it is surrounded by forest, with a formidable amount of species of wild plants and animals, we do not allow pets. The beach itself is about 800 meters long, with calm waves, excellent for swimming and for all ages.

A casa fica dentro do Condomínio Praia do Pulso, tem segurança 24 horas passando por todo condomínio. A praia é muito tranquila, pois o condomínio tem poucas casas e é muito arborizado. Para chegar até a praia vc pode ir caminhando por uma trilha de 30 metros que intercala rampas e degraus que em 5 min vc chega na praia ou tb de carro que em 3 min vc estará lá. Temos cadeiras de praia disponível p os hóspedes e a praia tem quadra de vôlei e beach tênis.
