Welcome to us on our rural smallholding half an hour from the center of Sogndal. We offer a spacious apartment featuring a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and an enclosed winter garden just outside the apartment, along with an adjoining terrace where you can sit and enjoy life in peace and quiet, with a view of the fjord. We have a private jetty that we use ourselves throughout the summer. Guests are also welcome to use this. Sauna, on request. Here you can recharge your batteries in a unique and quiet place to stay.

Located on the beautiful Panoramavegen, in the middle of beautiful nature, close to the ski slopes (Fjelli 5.5km, Ullsheim 18km) and a winter ski resort in Stryn (20km). Many opportunities for nice walks and bike rides. In the nearby area "open-air museum" Sagedammen with the possibility of a picnic for the whole family. Loen with its amazing Skylift and Via Ferrata (18km) Briksdalsbren (28km) and Kjendalsbren (30km). An ideal place to relax with the whole family, both winter and summer.

The small boat harbor is a 5-minute walk away. Ørsta is known for its beautiful mountains that are suitable for both hiking and skiing. Free parking. The bus station is 5 minutes away. It has large, airy windows, with a great view, mini-fridge & microwave (crisp) You'll dispose the whole apartment by your own. The hallway between the living room and the rest of the rooms is only separated by floor to ceiling curtains, meaning that you'll hear sounds from us upstairs while you're in the hallway.

Dette er ei nå 4 år gammel studioleilighet med sentral beliggenhet! Kort gåavstand (ca 10 min) til alt ein liten by kan tilby av shopping, restauranter, kafeer, kino, bading og ikkje minst turmuligheter. Leiligheten er i 3. etasje. Tilgang med heis. Det er ikkje soverom, men hems med dobbeltseng og ein dobbel sovesofa i stua. Bad med vaskemaskin. Kjøkken og stue i åpen løsning, med fin utsikt og utgang til altan! Sol fra morgon til ca kl 19.30 på kvelden!
