Typical beach house

Sunny first floor, with all rooms being naturally light. Balcony with a sea view and plenty of sun in the afternoon. The beach is just down the street, a short 5 minute walk.with the house being in a traffic free street. Parking close to the house, minutes away from the farmers market and supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a coin laundry and 10 minutes from the bus terminal. Independent check-in. I live right next door and am available to help out guests.
