In the winter (from October to March) you might be lucky to be here during a big wave swell and in the summer (April to October) you can enjoy our swimming pool. Regardless the season, the sea view is always available, it's a quiet area whilst you are at 5 minutes walk to the center of Sítio da Nazaré.

Het huis is net volledig gerenoveerd in luxe stijl met biljart tafel en cinema zaal. Alle kamers zijn heel ruim met ingebouwde kasten en stijlvol ingericht. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort met nieuwe keuken, beach bar, buiten keuken met barbecue en (mogelijkheid tot) verwarmd zwembad.

Spacious, quiet and family-friendly villa

The house is located between Nazaré and Sao Martinho do Porto (10 minutes) in Serra da Pescaria, in a very quiet residential area with exceptional views. Only 1 hour from Lisbon Airport. It can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults max). It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The saltwater pool is private (unheated). You will also have private parking. Our cat Sophie lives on site.
