The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Our gite, completely restored in 2017, is located 5 minutes from Amboise. It will be the ideal base from which to discover Touraine and its treasures (Loire castles, vineyards, Loire by bike...) or Beauval Zoo. The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture.
