Benefits from stunning views over the Afan Valley and located on the Afan Forest Park's low level cycle route 'Y Rheilffordd' (railway in welsh) which runs along the base of the valley. This is a great trail for families with picnic and refreshment stops along the 36km trail. 'Y Rheilffordd' gives easy access to 6 world class trails as well as Afan Forest Park Visitor Centre, Glyncorrwg Visitor Centre and Afan Bike Park.

A stone throw away from the local historic town of Neath, where you can explore the area or catch the train to the City of Cardiff in just 35 minutes. Nearest beach is a mere 8 miles away :-)

The accommodation is a self contained en-suite accommodation in a quiet semi rural location. It has a large private balcony to the rear of the property which is a perfect sun trap overlooking ancient woodland . Here you can relax while listening to the sound of the water running in the brook below. There is also a separate private patio area on the ground floor for al-fresco dining together with a BBQ for guests use. There is secure storage for cycles and other equipment on the ground floor.

With a truly panoramic view out over the Brecon Beacons mountain range the accommodation is central for the whole South Wales region and an ideal base for walking,cycling,golf and mountain climbing .The Gower is an easy drive as is Brecon ,Cardiff and the Bay.There are many local attractions including the waterfalls at Pontneddfechan,Big pit ,Dan yr Ogof caves,Caerphilly Castle, Castell Coch and Bike Parc Wales to name just a few.

Our cosy cottage on the edge of Blaengarw village, in a valley surrounded by mountains, and small lakes. Amazing walking country on the doorstep with dramatic views, and we are dog-friendly (but sorry, no cats). Real fire, Netflix, DVDs & books for huddled nights in. Great cycling with riverside rides and mountain trails. Shop, pub & takeaway in the village. Designer outlet, Odeon cinema, nature reserves and castles all a short drive. And we live round the corner for any advice or help!

Swn Y Mor is located just 30 seconds from the main promenade and local cycling routes and a perfect location for weekend stays and plans to attend events in Swansea. Relax and unwind at this peaceful and scenic residence. The Lodge is set in a one acre site enclosed by a 5ft high wall, providing a safe environment for children. Guests have access to a large lawn area that can be used for football and other sports. In addition, the hardstanding around the property is suitable for children to ride bicycles or scooters. There is an orchard on site, and during the harvest, guest can help themselves to apples, pears, and plums.
