Beautiful 2 bedroom house, metres away from the ocean, the beaches and the golf course of Quequen. Large backyard where children can play, terrace where to enjoy a family and friends barbecue, and a small rooftop where to enjoy sunset drinks and the ocean view. In the main level there is the dining-living room, with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom. In the second level there is the main room with a king sized bed, a large second room with two singles beds, and the main bathroom.

This modern home consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony facing the sea. Main room with balcony exit and beach view. Fully equipped, clean, bright, spacious. TV, wifi, talkative, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen, coffee maker, electric turkey, mate equipment, toaster, full tableware and breakfast. Blanquería, beach wipes and tender. Hair dryer and iron. Double entrance, three elevators.

This unique home has plenty of space to enjoy your loved ones. It is located 50 meters from the beach and Miguel Lillo Park. The area is very quiet and everything is close to restaurants and boutiques. It is ideal to enjoy walks in the area . Spacious , comfortable, bright , capacity for 6 people . It has Wi fi .
