the place was well kept and clean. the amenities were excellent. the sorrounding area was safe. And the host was readily available to chat / communicate with.

We are supposed to check in at 2pm but it was available earlier than scheduled time. Thank you host for that early check in! 🥰

Very accomodating

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

We loved staying at Flordelita’s place. If we go back to Moalboal soon, I will definitely book and stay at this place again. Private and very serene, walkable from the center of Panagsama Moalboal and near to everything. Exceptional communication as well with the Host, kudos!

We had a great stay. We checked in late and the host is very responsive and accommodating, as well as Kuya Litoy. The location is also easy to find. Everything is complete and provided in the unit. Our only concern is for the bathroom — it can get flooded because there’s no drainage in the toilet area. But other than that, my friends and I recommend staying here!

This home was absolutely stunning! The decor was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had so much fun creating memories together. The staff was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The property feels very private and it was about 45 minutes away from the whale shark experience in Oslob and just over an hour from the canyoneering experience.

We had a great stay! There was a bit of a mix-up since we originally booked a house, but the host let us know it was under renovation and offered us a condo unit instead. It turned out really well—the place was super clean, had everything we needed, and was in a great location. We also loved having access to the pool! Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

This is a very nice place to stay. If you are in town, I would suggest it you do have to travel a little to get into town, but it’s well worth it.

No wonder Lara Mae and her family belonged to the category of superhosts. They took great care of us and our concerns. I initially booked another airbnb, but due to poor communications, I cancelled it and found Lara’s place. She was responsive from start to finish. Her place was also homey and very accessible to Megaworld and Festive Walk. It has everything you need - from water to toiletries and even towels! We will definitely return and book her place again. The experience was beautiful. ❤️

The place is simple yet amazing! If you need to unwind, or need a quiet but beautiful location… then this is the place for you. Plus, the caretakers are very friendly. They have assisted us so well. A night of stay in Patricia’s place is not enough.

Fantastic staff at the property, very helpful and friendly and they don't intrude on your privacy. swimming pool is so clean and nice. House is small but it's clean, has everything you need for a long stay, outdoor kitchen too and a great laundry area with modern washing machine. Huge seating area outside. The property isn't close to Sipalay but it's not that far to drive and it didn't bother us. I'd definitely come back.

The people whom we were in contact with was a first a win for this place 💯 Ms. Therese was super kind to give us a good deal with our stay. Her assistant was very responsive to our queries and requests, we did not have a hard time looking for the place since instructions given was so clear; not to mention, she was asking in communication so that we would have the best stay. Ma'am Mona, the caretaker was super welcoming and warm, her presence felt like home. The place, i would say, is the best i have stayed in. It was a total package and had everything you would want and need for an AirBnb. Our favorites were the kitchen, the big bathrooms, and the entertainment (board games and the PS4) -- not an ounce of boredom during our stay! Bonus were the 4 dogs; all so friendly, kind, and clingy 🥹 We hope to come back in the future! And will definitely recommend to friends and family who will be going to Moalboal.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

I recommend this apartment, great swimming pool

The location is perfect for Bacolod. The mall is directly across from the location, and the other malls are a few minutes by trike of Jeepney. the guards are very friendly and helpful. we stayed for 4 weeks and we're sad to leave, highly recommend

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Cleanliness: Property is well-kept. Bed linens and towels provided are fresh. Location: Perfect spot at the heart of the city. Few walks away from Lagoon Park and Mcdonald’s. Ayala Mall and Bacolod’s finest food places are just few blocks away. Host Communication: Maria and her team is very responsive since from the start of my inquiry until my check-out. Very polite and kind to my requests. Check-in/Check-out Process: Checking in and out is very easy. Amenities: The internet is fast which is perfect for my work needs. They also have Netflix and Prime video. The pool is quite a view in the roof deck but it’s quite small and may get crowded at some time. Comfort: Nice bed and sofa bed is a plus. Value for Money: This is much affordable than staying in the hotel Noise Level: The place is quiet as we are in the upper floor. Nearby rooms are quiet as well. Overall Experience: We had a lovely stay at Maria’s condo. Small but functional place. Bang for a buck

Charmaine Louies’s place had everything I needed. She was responsive and helpful the only time I wanted to communicate with her. I love the view of the mountains and city in the afternoon and evening when I pulled back the curtains on the 2 windows and sliding doors. The location is convenient to restaurants and transportation to other places although it is a walkable area as well.
