We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

This apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and beautifully presented. Linen, bath and beach towels provided and bed made. There is a construction site next door though the noise is minimal or if any. Portable cot available. Pet friendly. Weber Q bbq available.

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. Stephan's place is lovely. My wife loved the decor. Some very pretty touches that helps to make you feel relaxed and in a home away from home. Convenient location for what we wanted to see and do in Nelson Bay. 15 minute walk along the bay foreshore to the shopping centre and marina. Highly recommended. Hopefully we'll be back around the same time next year.
