Waterfront holiday rentals in Nelson City

We loved to spend 4 mights in the Kai-pod which oozed of creative and homey atmosphere!!! All we needed was there, the bed, bathroom and kitchen all worked perfectly and the view from our he apartment’s big opening doors and the terrace could not be had any better, wow’ through this lovely place kaiteriteri lived up to its spectacular ree re mutation. This place is something special from the fantastic host to the wonderful relaxing environment they have created. Lots of special little touches that show how much they care for their guest and their comfort. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning. Sue & Steve

Karryn’s place was a nice comfortable apartment with convenient parking. The location was close to town but not close enough to walk to. Had it been a warmer season it would have been a great location for a bike ride and bikes were provided. We would recommend Karryn’s place.

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

Great apartment with all the necessities you need, in a very convenient location with great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. My partner and I highly recommend this Air BnB! Hosts were also amazing and easy to deal with, they made our stay very easy and comfortable :)

Absolutely loved our stay, fabulous view and the apartment had everything we needed. One tiny suggestion would be a couple of reading lights by the bed. We had a great time exploring the area over our 3 day stay. Thank you George and family

We loved staying at David’s place. Was a walk to everything we needed. Had an amazing outlook onto the water. And David and his family were so helpful. The kids loved the foosball table too. Highly recommended.

Love the views and nice house with good amenities but just fyi the location is hard for Uber drivers and taxis to drive up so they will drop you off at the bottom of the hill. As long as you don’t mind a walk for the beautiful views that the Airbnb it’s a perfect place to stay.

Smyth's home was a complete oasis for our month stay, we always looked forward heading back here at the end of the day! Beautiful scenery and lots of open space around. Smyth was very friendly and accommodating, couldn't have asked for a better home or host for our time in the Nelson-Tasman area - we felt right at home!

Enjoyed our stay especially the nice fireplace for the cold evenings.

A fantastic, modern apartment with stunning views of the harbor. It's a steep climb up by foot but worth every step. Well equipped kitchen, thoughtful layout and cozy furnishings. Easy to get lost for hours on the deck furniture looking out over the water. Definitely worth a peek/week if visiting Nelson.

Holiday Nelson reached out well before our stay and again a few days before to make certain we knew how to access the home. The views from the upper deck were amazing. We didn’t spent much time at the house since we were focused on getting to Abel Tasman mostly. The large living area, laundry facilities and separation between the sleeping rooms was helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Annie was extremely easy to communicate with and provided all necessary details before we arrived. The location is perfect and there is plenty of room (4 en suite bedrooms, an additional powder room, 2 lounges, deck with BBQ, full laundry, fully equipped kitchen). A fantastic stay and would highly recommend to others visiting the Nelson area.

Prue's place was amazing! Breathtaking views, clean, private, great amenities and the pictures don't compare to the real thing, and that is saying a lot! Such a beautiful place. Fantastic to come home to after all day at the beach or park. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Didn't want to leave and hope to find a place like it someday! Prue left us food and drink, was super responsive and so thoughtful on all accounts. 5 stars across the board.

This is our second stay, and it was just as great as the first. Such a relaxing and clean environment.

Jacqui was the perfect host and very responsive and flexible with our stay. The view from the terrace is simply stunning and the space is so sociable, great for families or group of friends. Would definitely stay again.
